Food was obviously made ahead and had been sitting around. Fries cold, beef and cheddar sloppy and soggy. $14 for crap. Clerk could not have cared less. Didn't even look at me.
No stars because whoever the guy is with the curly ponytail and glasses, she was so rude even before I started to order my food. My friend was telling her what I wanted and she kept talking over her and trying to rush us thru the drive thru. Finally getting to the window the lady( Darren) is what it says on my receipt. My food was cold. Sandwich didn't have bacon has seen picture above, cheese looked old and fries were dark, not hot and nasty. She was going to make my fries over but since she already had an attitude l, I didn't want that done and asked for my money back. She definitely didn't like that and slammed the order window and walked away and had whoever he is refund me. Nobody had on name tags except one person who was at the counter. Never going to this location Again. Me and my friend always have problems here. The workers are always so rude.
Lunch break in Akron Ohio I chose Arby's got their 4 for $10.
It is so fast they didn't have time for pictures
Sorry
Everything in the bag was given upside down so it all spilled out, no dip for the French dip either. We were the only people in line. You now pay a ridiculous amount of money for “fast food” and it’s just poor poor workmanship. Do better
Sandwhichs were sloppy as hell. Fries were cold. Was asked if i wanted sauce, said yes horsey. And didnt get any sauce. ???????? This place is a joke!! And makes me understand why fast food workers dnt make good money. I wudnt pay you minimum wage for this work.
Let me start with the staff was attentive the second we walked in. Staff was polite too. My order was placed as a to go order inside the store. The food....the food was COLD!! Ice cold, especially the fries! They had to make nuggets for my kids meals said it would take a couple minutes. That's fine. But why not make sure that all the food is fresh and hot. My sandwiches, the cheese didn't melt, they were out of tomato. They forgot all the dipping sauces. I spent $36 for cold food....not happy! Maybe the last time I go to Arby's!!
I ordered the Fish Deluxe no cheese. I paid for my order. I received my fish deluxe a few minutes later. I was roughly half way home when I decided to open the wrapper and eat my fish sandwich. I just wasted 5:49 the fish was old. It left an after taste in my mouth and lukewarm as if the fish was in a warmer longer than it should have been. Do you know how easy it is to cook a fresh fish? I hope that folks who read this think twice and check their food while still in the driveway. I was the only one in line. I will not be back. I wish there were half stars because clearly Arby’s does not deserve one star.
This location takes forever. I waited over 25 minutes at the drive thru until I ran out of time and couldn't wait anymore. I've left with nothing a couple times now. The times I actually had my order taken in a decent amount of time, the food was not even hot. Done with this location.
