Pretty bad experience. We were coming back from working out of town for a couple of days. Finally, we're getting a late dinner. Came in 1.5 hours before closing. They had most of the store ready for close. Not a big deal. No one came out from the back. We waited for maybe 15-20 minutes. Tried getting their attention. No big deal. Got our food and left. Took a couple of bites. Almost threw up. When I finally got to see the sandwich, it looked so bad. It looked like the meat was rotten. I can only believe what they did was intentional. We were the only customers in there. See the picture.
I just stopped by Arby's to grab a quick sandwich for lunch but! This place was pretty busy with the drive thur and the lobby it seems to be a little short handed one girl taking orders and one guy making ???? sandwiches. I felt their pain they were doing their best. I ordered the two roast beef sandwiches special for seven dollars she said it was the beef and cheese sandwich on special, she could have just left the cheese off.. but since they were short handed I didn't fight it. Does any one out there need a job......... ..please apply.......if this helps please give a ???? like.........
On January 31, 2024, I had dinner here at Arby's. The service was okay, the cashier was not rude, but was not all that friendly. Inside the dining area was clean. I ordered a Double Beef "n" Cheddar, Curly Fries, Drink, and a side of cheddar. &12.66 was the total cost of this meal. The sandwich was fine, the fries were not fresh. Most of these fast-food restaurants need to up their game when it comes to making French Fries. Maybe not let the fries sit under the heat lamps for so long. My scores a based on other fast-food restaurants. Three stars because of the fries.
They get my order wrong literally every time. It’s genuinely impressive. But arbys food rocks so I don’t care. This time an employee got in a fight with her unfaithful boyfriend in the lobby while I was eating. They didn’t even make me pay extra for the show. I had to cover my little kids ears, but it was so worth it.I love this place.
My French dip sandwich was barely warm the au jus was cold. I brought it back, and the staff heated it. They stated no one had turned on the warmer. It was 2 pm. So bad.
This sorry excuse for a 12 dollar double brisket sandwich. What is this? Doesn’t even look like a single! Was pretty good though. But come on
Monotone rude employee working the window that seems like he hates his job... completely wrong orders given to us.. just a serious lack of caring about good service what so ever. Last time I go to this location.
Food is consistent and tasty. So many options now than when Arby's first opened. Service was friendly. Sadly, young lady entered the wrong cash amount I gave her. She did not know basic math and struggled to understand she owed me a nickle back. Decided to make it easier and have her keep it.
