Friendly service. Fast. No issues. They were accommodating when we showed up tired from the airport and didn't know what to order.
I've never been to this location and the service was exceptional dining in. Alaina was so polite and although still learning the POS, she asked for help and was courteous through the entire time. She was patient and the Mananger ANnyah was patient and helpful with Alaina. I'm very impressed. Even the manager stayed busy! The interior was very clean!! I mean it too. Every personnel kept positive with a smile and kept busy. I didn't feel any negative vibes or a frown- like someone couldn't wait to get out of work or annoyed being at work like other fast food restaurants. Way exceptional from next door: McDonald's service and food.
Reuben was cold ,and No cheese
. So bummed . Curly fries were fill of oil inside and fried so hard no potatoes left inside. Soooo ick.
I was here on Friday 10/22/23 and ordered a beef and cheddar double with no onion bun meal with crinkle fries and a coke …. When I got home and took a bite out of it ,, it wasn’t a double , it was a onion bun and it was cold , I looked at the receipt and we’ll wasn’t the happiest with what I saw. The order they gave me was part of a doorash order that no one picked up name India ,she ordered a BnC-classic no red ranch… she ordered 11 items , it says door dash and the time she was promised it at 550 something … when I ordered it about 45 some minutes later … never going back there again.
Stopped here for lunch one day last week around 11a & was greeted with a smile & a hello as soon as I walked in. There was only a few people having lunch so pretty quiet. The place seemed clean with an exception of a few dirty tables but the manager was working on them between customers. I overheard her say they were short & waiting on another employee to get there. She greeted customers as she cleaned & promptly went to help them. I tried the tropical punch which I guess was popular since she said they were almost out & had just got it in the night before. Love their chili, no matter what people say about it. Everything was served hot & fresh.
I usually go through drive thru and each time, their service has been good.
Hot, fresh, fast, forgot to include condiments but I wasn't concerned enough to go back for them. Courteous staff.
Good food, generally somewhat slow drive through- just picked up 2 RoastBeef KIDS slider meals for my 2 and 5 year olds and theyre both LOADED with jalepenos. Not sure how that happens but glad I caught it before they ate them.
We have had lots of issues with orders here. The food is good but check everything before you leave, the odds are not in your favor.
