Best WLM Reviews
They have what you expect as anywhere else as far as Arby's but the service was phenomenal. The first guy we walked into was happy to accommodate changing our online order. Then the second guy that helped us was so friendly and happy to help us. He even came outside to check if we wanted sauces when my friend and I stepped outside. If I could give those two guys a 6 star review I would. It's nice to still see kind faces in fast food.
From health inspection report done on 9/30/24, five violations, one being;
" Top compartments of prep tables contain excess food debris. Upper interior surfaces of front-of-house reach- in cooler contain significant mildew formations, while the bottom surface and door gaskets contain food debris. In the walk-in cooler floors were soiled and discolored, food storage racks have accumulations of debris and grime, and the cooling unit and adjacent surfaces harbor mildew formations. Walk-in freezer floors contain excess food debris. Bins for storage of clean items found containing excess food debris."
Can't say I'd feel comfortable eating here again
I like Arby’s and swing by before I go in to work at 10pm but this one closed 30 minutes early. Not a big deal I can go somewhere else but that doesn’t make someone rate them highly
We used the drive through. The wait wasn't bad as it appeared they were short staffed. The food wasn't hot but it wasn't cold either. The woman at the window pleasant. I thought it was a bit expensive. Still, the sandwiches were good.
Always seems to be little wait times, bigger potions, and fresher food at this location. Right On!!
Had a very bad experience at this location. The service was horrible and the food was not the greatest. There was no one in the parking lot and there was 1 other car in the drive-thru. We waited 10 mins for someone to take the order. Once we got to the window, the worker was very rude and was moving extremely slow. We got our drink and waited another 10 mins to get the food. We orde two thing, a sandwich and fries. We look over and he is moving extremely slow and taking his sweet time to hand the bag out. The fries were cold and barely any in there and the sandwich was covered in too much sauce and was cold making it uneatlby. This was by far the worst experience at a Arby's.
Place was clean. Walked in to order a Tea, chocolate shake. I saw they had their new chicken nugget on special along with mozzarella sticks. I asked the gentleman taking my order about the prices & sizes of nuggets. He didn't know much as they had a 4pc & 6 pc. He told me they only had a 6 piece I wanted to compare pricing & quantity versus the special 2 for $7 which included the nuggets (6) & Mozz sticks (6). The drive-thru was extremely busy so figured it wouldn't take long & they would have more order ready & hot. Not, mozzarella sticks weren't even warm, nuggets were barely warm. Had to ask for my cup for tea. They need to get it together.
Great food, friendly staff and good prices for the amount you get.
