I visited the restaurant via drive-thru before hitting the interstate. I ordered a regular chicken wrap with no lettuce and my husband got a double roast beef sandwich. I specifically asked for fresh, hot nuggets. The gentleman at the window assured me it would be fresh. I received a wrap with no tomatoes and what looked and tasted like day-old nuggets and onions. The point is it was not fresh. They should’ve thrown those nuggets out, rather than serve them to customers. See photos. My husband’s sandwich was fine…thus the two stars. I attempted to call several times and give them a chance to correct my order but they would not answer the phone. It rang so much that eventually a fax machine would pick up. I am disappointed in Arby’s, Douglasville. I will add that when you order inside, the food is much better and the staff is super friendly.
On the way to church, my wife suggested fast food. I chose this location because it's on the way. I ordered a French Dip. My wife ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch meal. Food was prepared very quickly. Just as requested. I really like the food at this chain. I would highly recommend this location!
Would have been 5 stars across the board but for the manager who finished my order then left it sitting in the prep area (out of my reach) rather than placing it in the pickup area as per the app instructions and the email I received. Minor inconvenience rather than major problem.
I’ve always been an Arby’s fan! And I love the lamb Gyro with extra tzatziki sauce and curly fries! My husband had the “Good” Burger but it didn’t look so good. Overall we had a great experience and I enjoyed my meal!
Cold and Stingy
Drive thru was closed so I had to go inside. Service was averagely quick given there was a line of people because the drive thru was closed. Atmosphere was average. All in all , it was an average visit, but I hate that my food was cold and that they are now so stingy with the roast beef.
Service had gotten better until today. Ordered $50 of food. 5 pc tender included. Got there and was handed what looked like popcorn chicken. When I asked about my tenders the girl brought me less of the same chicken. Not tenders. When I asked about it she said they changed chicken tenders. Drastically smaller. Then she gave me a few more but less of handing and more sliding across counter. They fell over and spilled out and she walked off. Will probably not be back, atleast definitely not for tenders.
This location is a hit and miss. I go to this Arby's often enough to say that. My family loves Arby's when the food and service is actually good. Today I have to say was a big fat miss. The food is cold the drinks are carbonated water and we paid far too much for a incorrect order. Some say you should have taken it back. But I don't believe in taking food back with a complaint. You just never know. The only constant though is their shakes which are awesome!
I don’t ordinarily eat at Arby’s but I'm happy that I did.
The ladies restroom was clean, the cashiers were pleasant, professional, and helpful. I ordered happy hour items and they were delicious.
