Service was fast but food was bad. Some of it was undercooked and some of it was overcooked. The cashier seemed to have gotten confused about my payment method as well. I gave him 40 and some change for a 25 and some change order and he just couldn't figure out what to give me back.
Received old fries and I wanted to try the chicken wrap and the chicken was cold. It’s like they gave me someone’s food that didn’t show up for it. So disappointed
I love Arby's. The half pound roast beef is my favorite slathered with Horsey Sauce. Arby's jalapeno poppers are second to none with its Bronco Berry sauce. As with other restaurant chains my Grape at the current moment is the insane price of a single meal
So I have tried to not make this review because I know everyone is short staffed, but I just can't do it anymore. Now to start I love this food. Arby's is great, and I have ate it all over the country however this location is bad. I have never had worse service at any restaurant ever. Over the last year between Door Dash and picking up food myself and my wife picking up on her way home we have not had a correct order in the last year. Yes it is our fault for not checking or having it delivered. That is not the point. We shouldn't have to check out order to ensure accurate service every time when we don't have to do that with other chains. This is just not right, and it is usually my wife that doesn't get a correct order. When she orders a single beer and cheddar and that is the one sandwich that is not there it is an issue. This has happened on more than one occasion. My advice is do better.
Beef juice filled less than half, in a to go cup, and put in the bag sideways, easy spill, glad caught before leaving. Roast beef sandwich was alright, used to be really good, was disappointed, in the meat as well as portion size and the bun. Won't go back, too many times given them excuses, just doesn't get any better.
Love the food, but their staff needs some more training. Took 20 mins to get our food, and they were not busy. The manager was kinda rude when I asked to make sure there was sauce put in the bag before we pulled up to wait.
The Gyro is actually really good. I love that option.
The workers were very Rude and slow. Had 2 families leave that were waiting in line as they couldn't get one very nice ladies order. I ended up with a messed up order as well. Its never usually like that at that store. And the prices now are astronomical
