There was a mix up with my order, something small. On 12/8/2024 at 1130AM , the manager on duty took care of the issue right away. Definitely great customer service that was giving to me. They went above and beyond.
Very frustrated, the giant roast beef used to be the grab on the way home from work. Not only is the size a regular roast beef bun now, it has less meat and comes at a whopping 7.50. I’ll pass from here on. Always had good food here but the rising prices and smaller portions did me in. I can spend 7.50 on a pound of ground beef and make 4 burgers.
This is The Fastest, Cleanest, and Freshest Food Arby's I've Ever been to. The Employees are Wonderful, Professional, and kind. All I can say is: "I'm Impressed"????
In the women toilet didn't have any hooks to hang my purse and unfortunately I didn't find at least tiny bacon in my ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries
I lived in Niles, Ohio are for yrs and always had great food there at Arbys. Always fresh and great service. Visiting in Cuyahoga Falls and going to Arbys on State Rd is always a disappointing experience regarding the food. Their fresh market sandwich” rarely is fresh. The bread is stale or dry. Tomatoes are almost green. Nothing “meaty” about this sandwich as little amount of turkey compared to other Arbys. Each time I go, I hope for better food to no avail.
The day crew and management are awesome at this store! Food is always amazing, and all the smiling and happy attitudes keep you coming back to this location!
Asked about the jamocha shake. Lady said there was no coffee in the shake, but google says there is. Ended up buying a cup of coffee with it because I needed the caffeine. Coffee was almost as cold as the shake.
Those jalapeno bites are thee best! I order them for lunch 3 days a week
