Great service, food was correct and hot and fresh. The staff was inviting and friendly. My husband and I went inside for a takeout order and we hardly had to wait for our order to be taken and the cashier was super friendly and helpful because I was unable to see the calories for a sandwich I was purchasing and she helped me out no questions asked ❤️ Go eat there, inside or takeout. The inside was clean and everything stocked on the soda line
I encountered 2 of the most rude employees and the MOST discourteous and disrespectful customer service that I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my 72 years of life!!
There are far too many other fast food restaurants to select from to ever tolerate such behavior!
I won’t be back but others may want to consider all their options before choosing this one!
Went through the drive thru, ordered two French dips and two small curly fries. Total tab quite high over $17. Understanding Arby's is notoriously on the high end of course, and the current status of inflation I expected a hefty price tag. What I did not expect was the pitifully small French dips. They are half the size they previously were, containing barely any roast beef and a small shred of swiss cheese. If you are going to tax your customers with the cost, the least you could do is provide a decent sized sandwich. I have purchased these sandwiches from various Arby's locations for many years. It was shocking when I got home, unwrapped them to see the mini bun with barely any roast beef. To shrink your offerings AND continue to jack prices is deplorable. The picture can't convey how small this sandwich was, super tiny. Never again
We always go through the Drive Thru, but everyone is always very friendly and our food is always fresh and fast!
Went thru drive thru to pick up a 3 for $5. Ranch chicken wrap, honey mustard chicken wrap, and small fry.
Heading home after a very long day working. Both wraps were good, but the honey mustard wrap was a bit messy, especially while driving. Yikes!
All was a good flavor. Would definitely use the the special buy again.
Quick steady drive thru line. We were fourth in line and we had our food in less than 4-5 minutes. Food was hot, fresh, and neat. Some locations just throw stuff together. Not here. The staff was really friendly. We will definitely stop here next time.
Service was a little slow but I had made a special request for a Super Roast Beef (no longer on the menu) but made from turkey. I was accommodated and my sandwich was delicious!
A friend and I stopped by for a sandwich after a disappointing trip to the casino. We picked a booth on the sunny side of the restaurant because it was cold in there. The service was quick. I'm still getting used to the new style drink machines. It really seems like the old style were simpler. The food and the conversation were very good.
