This is a great Arby's location. The food was good, the service was quick, and the dining room was clean.

Order ahead with the app for a quick,seamless pick-up at the drive up window or in the store. Don't forget to ask for the Horsey or Arby's sauce to go with your sammy.
It's an Arby's in Haynes city. Yay! Enjoyed a 2 for $6 sandwich deal, and the team ran that Arby's on point. Fast service and both sandwiches, roast beef and chicken were made to max quality for a well ran Arby's. A solid go-to option for when I'm in the area.
Great place to go when you are burgered out and can't do anymore chicken. The roast beef is just dam good. You go to every day for a month and never the same meal twice. You just have to experience Arby's past the roast beef. They have the meats.
I ordered my lunch and got home and it was wrong. So I went back and realized that I ordered wrong. The blonde manager at the drive thru window was very accommodating and even though I am convinced it was my fault she replaced the sandwich with a correct one and gave me an extra for my trouble.. that is outstanding customer service...i was very impressed ???? ????
Will not customize a sandwich, tried to order slider roast beef and do not like Swiss cheese so asked for the regular melted cheese. Was told they can’t do that. What the heck every other fast food will take off pickles, onions, etc. but not Arby’s they to lazy to take of Swiss cheese and put melted on. Will not return to this Arby’s, plus food is always cold when you receive it, worse than McDonald’s.
Arby's roast beef is just so good. Why would you get a burger somewhere instead? Florida Arby's has terrible buns...lordy...flat, soggy blobs. Pretty much all of Florida has terrible buns compared to northern states.
How are you going to deliver food without ketchup for the fries and a plain DRY roast beef sandwich with no arbys sauce? This is why no one thinks you deserves more money for what you do. You don't even THINK about what a patron should need with their meal.
