Best WLM Reviews
The staff here are some off the nicest customer service workers i have interacted with in Dothan. Even though 1 item was missing when I called the young lady(Jessica??)who answered was super nice and had no attitude and was sincere. What Ever Arby's is doing or training their employees is working. I called the wrong one first and even they were nice and tried to be helpful. Keep it up the world needs customer service like this.
Customer service was as good as it could be due to there was miscommunication when ordering and that was only due to the mask that everyone has to wear. Food was good and we got it pretty quickly. I got the fish sandwich and my guys got other items as well. Arby's is not scared to put a lettuce on there sandwiches it was a little to much for my liking as I had enough left over for a side salad
I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant where 3 employees are standing and talking to each other and do not acknowledge us standing there for a little over 2 minutes. My husband was there alone then I walked up to join him; no service. They looked at us and just ignored us. This was after witnessing a female employee not wash her hands after being in the restroom. So we are ok with walking out. I don’t think you’ll want to stop at the location on your way through town.
We had a big order and it was worth every penny. The food was fresh and flavorful and everything was correct. The employees were friendly and Scott was wonderful on the register.
I love this Arby's because it's the best one in town, but they all are really good. I love their deals in the app and they have a coupon book floating around now with some really good deals in it.
This Arby's is a nice place to go if you need to get away for a little while. It is clean and has a peaceful atmosphere, and the employees work hard to please. I've been eating here since they opened, and I've never had a problem. The service is consistently accurate and fast.
My favorite is the Buffalo Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a large Curly Fries and a Dr Pepper, and I can eat two orders of the Jalapeño Poppers with the Bronco Berry Sauce. I also like the Beef & Cheddars with like 3 packs of Arby's sauce. I like the onion bun that they use on those too.
Thank You Arby's employees for being friendly, professional and hard working. I appreciate all your hard work, and wanted to give you a good review and wish you a Merry Christmas.
Great food. They were a little generous with the lettuce and buffalo sauce on my sandwich but other than that pretty normal for an arbys. They are open to dining in at the moment. Limited seating but there us usually open tables at places like this. Will probably be here again.
Went there and ordered dinner for my boys. Staff is friendly & offers awesome customer service. I just moved into town and will definitely go back.
This is the last call for fast food for a while if you're on your way to Florida from here so take heed! The service was excellent here, despite the location being uncharacteristically busy for an Arby's. Food was what you love and expect from Arby's.
For a special treat stop at the state line liquor store just a few minutes down beyond and get some Jim Beam for your Jamocha shake ????
I got the Diablo roast beef sandwich and loaded fries and both were so good. I definitely recommend it if you can handle the spice. It's not too spicy but definitely good. The staff was nice and the location was clean.
