I would have enjoyed my food more, if they would have given me ranch for my cheese sticks...which I figured they wouldn't, because there is no option to order ranch from their website...but it should be common sense to add some, when someone orders cheese sticks...????♀️????♀️
After a 9 min wait this is what my lukewarm double roast beef sandwich looked like. I guess I should feel lucky though. The couple that ordered shortly after me had to wait 13 min after the time I received my food.
This is the first time I have ever written a review but I needed to Carrie the manager there had amazing customer service and needs a raise and the two other girls on shift do too for just the three of them working and having some problems they were amazing
Red Subaru just sat in drive thru on a $28 and change double Arby's melt meal 2 shakes 4 for 10 well 3 FOR 10 HOPE WHO EVER GOT THE 4TH ROASTBEEF I HOPE YOU CHOKE ON IT!
What is so hard about following a screen, if we ask for marinara sauce with the mozz sticks just put it in the bag. 5 times in a row. It's not that hard.
I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap that came completely saturated in buffalo sauce. I am having a really hard time understanding why an arbys associate would put this much sauce on anything? Complete waste all around.
Had to pull forward to wait on fries, no biggy but should not take as long as it did.. Than I had to go back in , because they forgot ato add a sandwich. Than We get home and the other sandwich which was supposed to be a double RB had cheese on it. Come on guys do better and read the orders. I'm about done with fast food anymore since COVID prices have gone up and the help ?
Stopped in on our way home. Took forever to put our order in and then a long wait to get our food. I ordered a tender meal and she only gave me the tenders. After a 20.min wait for food we just said oh well and left
