EDIT: Went there again today, several years later, and was not only disappointed but highly concerned got public safety.
My partner and I stopped at around 4:30 and ordered a burger with only lettuce and a buffalo chicken sandwich. The person at the drive thru originally apologized and said they were out of lettuce, which I was totally fine with, and then a few moments later said "Oh, actually....nevermind, I'm sorry, we do have lettuce". Apparently, that really meant 'we have bad lettuce we weren't going to use but someone decided to anyway', because my partner thought the sandwich had a pickle taste and assumed someone put pickles on and removed them. She took the bun off halfway through eating and found a slimy black piece of lettuce. She has a weak immune system and is disabled because of her digestive tract, so something like food poisoning could be extremely dangerous to her, let alone whoever else they decided to serve that to. Keeping my previous review as well, because it was excellent service a few years ago.

Mackenzie was working the counter when we went in (what her name tag says) and gave some of the best customer service I've ever had at fast food. I went with my fiance and her grandmother, both very picky eaters, and she had SO many awesome suggestions for things they could eat (along with memorized prices after tax). As soon as we were taken care of, she started bustling around helping the other employees. I don't usually write fast food reviews, but her service was phenomenal!
Only 3 customers in seating area yet only 2 tables remotely clean. Tables were nasty. Also beef and cheddar was haphazardly made into something that never looked like a sandwich. Also fries are at bottom of the bin. All small pieces. No curls
After hearing all they hype, I decided to try the Waygu burger. Presentation was disappointing. After opening the wrapping, my burger needed a little reassembly. While the beef itself was tasty, that was the only redeeming quality. I got the bacon ranch version. The bacon was hard and crunchy with no flavor. The ranch, like the rest of the burger was way too heavy on one side. The deluxe may have been better, but after this disappointment, I'll stick with the classics next time.
Give this burger a shot if you want, but don't let your expectations rely on the hype.
Very clean restaurant with freshly prepared food. It is a fast food restaurant so the atmosphere is lacking as in all fast food restaurants. It was a little pricey but the food was great.
My mother ordered roast beef and when she got home saw it was raw and bloody. Called location to let them know there machine might be broken that cooks the meat. Was dismissed my rude associate and hung up on. Lexi needs to find a new career. Do not eat at this location unless you like raw meat and poor customer service.

Went through the drive- thru and even had them repeat the order and then made two trips inside because they had forgotten a sandwich and the sauce. Got the sandwich and it was cold but the other food was hot. Never got my receipt so I'm on here instead of doing a survey.
They were out of their 5 for 5 deal when we ordered today but the employees did everything they could and substituted the food for other options in a very polite manner. 10/10 recommend
