As far as fast food places go. Arby's is fairly good. The classic roast beef is still as good as I remember It's not bad I haven't had one in 20 years. Just wanted a quick snack and stopped in to get a classic.
Nice clean shop a little TV in the corner the basketball game on is a nice touch.
4.25 stars because I just don't think that it's worth 10 bucks for two sandwiches and a small drink. I think both sandwiches plus a drink should be like maybe 7. I don't see the value.
When there's so many other things to choose at $10.
Went in for the turkey gobbler and was told no we don't have the turkey. How can you advertise something and not have it. If you ran out maybe put a sign in the door. Was disappointed. I already had ordered for my son's so I just ordered chicken sandwichs. They were good but really wanted the turkey.
I am not a big fan of roast beef, but my dad ordered a beef and cheese sandwich which he said was great. and thankfully they had a chicken sandwich which was very good also.

Opened sandwiches. No lettuce, tomatoes, or mayo.
Just a bun with what's supposed to be roast beef looked dry, old, and processed bruised. That's what they call

I should have known something was up
when I was looked at a few times during whispers behind the counter.
No exaggerating!! On hindsight I should have opened the sandwiches before I Left.
Never in my life had such a disgusting experience. I am so disappointed in Arby's.

I traveled far to get something we haven't had in a long time. Throw out the two roast beef sandwiches.
We work very hard for our money and can't afford to waste it.
And we were famished.
Very up set and disappointed!!
I deserve to be compensated big time!!!
But we know that would never happen!!
I'm still waiting for them to get back to me and refund my money!!

The people in the front don’t seem to like what they are doing, they give you a attitude yes it’s the fast food industry please smile and continue to do your job not tell the customer it’s the ready and walk alway we all know it’s busy but we don’t need to be treated like we are going to a DMV. No service and the food is not even correct when they claim that it is ready. Unbelievable I need to start going to a cross the street to the other fast food joints.
No problems with the staff but some of the menu items were complete disappointments. It feels like you don’t get nearly as much beef on the regular roast beef sandwiches or slides as you used to a year ago. Their Philly cheesesteak was also the most anemic version I’ve ever gotten from a fast food restaurant in my life. +$10 dollars for a combo that barely any filling between the roll at all.
They also charge you for water; not bottled but the tap line connected to the soda dispenser.
The gyro is great! Roast beef is great! Chicken sandwich is great! Great service, even better staff!
This used to be a 5-star review. Bragging about how good they are. I guess it just depends on the day and the manager on duty.
Then I come back weeks later I order some food and this is the fries they gave me. I did not have any of them yet. Talk about stingy! Now only 2 stars! OMG AND THEY ARE COLD!
