Bought a large brisket meal. Fries were old and half filled. Brisket was half the meat, one of the condiments and exactly 5 fried onions. Assistant manager on Friday night was very combative. Asked to speak with the GM. GM DIDNT CALL. So 3 days later I called and again a combative manager, but this time it was the GM.
Food was edible but completely wrong.
Service was horrendous.
Customer service was atrocious.
Still waiting for the problem to be resolved.
Went in to order the crispy fish sandwich with onion rings. Was told they only had curly fries which was fine for me but others might prefer the potato cakes or onion rings. The fish was as good as always and it was served quickly.
Could not say enough good thing’s about the staff at Arby’s. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Jason. They were all so friendly Grace was quick to help everyone with great speedy service and got us exactly what we wanted. If you make your way to the Arby’s you will notice the Christmas decorations, they made the entire place look great. Axl stopped to check how everything was, After speaking to him, he mentioned that the assistant manager Mandi was the one mostly responsible for them. Between the great food, friendly staff, and awesome lobby. We will be back!
Staff was efficient and friendly, food was fresh and ready fast, prices were good. I couldn't be more satisfied with my visit around noon today.
Stopped in tonight. Ron gave top notch service! By far the best service I have gotten at a restaurant chain. The food was hot and fresh A+ Ron you deserve a promotion!
Great food and great atmosphere.
I go here a lot, line doesn't take too long, people are always friendly, orders always correct. No complaints! Can't say this about many fast food places.
Their new fries are a joke..... I barely got any cheese sauce on them.. $5 something for it too
