I placed an online order and when I got there to pick it up 10 minutes later they claimed someone with my exact first and last name already got the order. I've never been to this location and I don't have that common of a name. I was told "you're gonna have to get a refund through the app." No attempt was made to make it right while I was there.
Edit: I requested the refund online and was contacted by the regional manager to resolve the issue. I was issued a refund and the manager said they would speak to the staff to try to prevent this in the future. I appreciate the gesture, but do still feel like there should have been a resolution while I was at the restaurant.
Don't waste your time with this Arby's. They're anything but "fast" food. The drive thru person was rude when we explained we couldn't hear him through the speaker, and then were told to pull up for our food which took another 8 minutes.
Placed a online order went to drive thru was told come in to pick up my order ????????♀️I said I didn't want to come in so the young lady told me to come back in 5 min. Im so confused at this point because in all my years NEVER have this happened! The drive thru had one car ahead of me ... So I go inside! Guess what my order isn't ready! You think that after a short wait let's say 3 -4 min later I received my order was it hot ABSOLUTELY NOT! IF THE FOOD WASN'T GOING TO BE HOT AND THRERE WERE HARDLY ANY CUSTOMERS WHY WAS I WAITING! THIS ARBY'S CONTINUES TO DISAPPOINT! TIME AFTER TIME . AND LETS GET SOME COURTEOUS HELP IN THE DRIVE THRU ARBYS ISN'T CHEAP CAN I GET SOME FRIENDLY SERVICE TO GO WITH MY COLD FOOD
I was excited to be working close to an Arby's today and was looking forward to a Beef n' Cheddar. I entered the restaurant at 12:45, I was 6th in line and placed my order at 12:53, but didn't receive my order until 1:08. When you only get 30 minutes for lunch 23 minutes to get your food isn't good for a fast food restaurant. The restaurant wasn't busy at all for it to be lunchtime and the employees seemed very miserable to be there. Not planning to visit this location again anytime soon.
I have ordered the roasted turkey bacon sandwich and both times there has been no BACON. Please read all the items that need to be removed and leave the items not listed on the sand which. I would prefer y’all forget the lettuce but my bacon is a must and it’s a repeat offense. Then you can’t even call. I’m coming up there some time to complain and see what the issue is. If y’all don’t have bacon or other items you need to tell Uber/doordash and have them call me as I would just cancel the order.
They use rotten products they barely change there cooking oil out the have Roaches they drop product and rise it off they shorten the sandwich’s to save product the manger Monica was placing the roast beef on the dirty Sink area and wrapping it up to serve the next morning Monica and other employees make good with no gloves the manager Monica was Coughing and not covering her mouth and touching items and not keeping 6 feet during the Covid epidemic She refused to get a Covid test they
Every time I come to this Arby's my wait time at the window is extremely long, they didn't have condiments, no napkins or straws, when I ordered 03/27/21 at 7:39PM Shakes for the 4th time i came they said the machine is down so I ordered a Root beer it was hardly no ice soda was flat, smh, as well as my Boyfriends Dr. Pepper, smh again. My boyfriend and I went inside for dinning twice it was ok, we had no problems, but the drive through needs much better services.
Do not eat here I know a worker that used to work here and told me there was roaches in the back. It is a dirty environment in the kitchen.
