Please explain how this restaurant has no ice for soft drinks, 3 times over of the last couple weeks they have been outta ice. They make sure to let you order before telling you they "outta" ice.i had them remove the drink from my bill. It's funny that only in the extremely hot days this occurs from what I'm seeing. Not super pleased with having to go 2 diffrent places to get a meal compete.
Oldie but a goodie. These retro Arby's are a dying breed, nice to see one in the wild. Aside from a half empty dining room and the age showing on the building, service here was top notch. Food was fresh, and service was excellent. The assistant manager trainee on duty went above and beyond.
My customer service was great. Food was decent but I cannot get over how disgusting this building appears. Falling apart both inside and outside. Last I knew this was not owned by Arbys Corp. Why doesn't the owners care about this location? How bad must it get before someone does something? Complete eyesore.
Ordered deep fried turkey club EXTRA bacon NO cheese, strawberry shake.large fies & a cherry turnover. Got the shake & fries, no turnover cheese and no bacon on the sandwich. Great job NOT
The young lady working tonight (10/18/2024 8:15pm) was absolutely rude. I had a DoorDash pick up order and I asked a genuine question (where my aujue was) and she not only looked at me like I was stupid, but also, in a very nasty way, said what I’m looking for is in the bag. I look in the bag, do not see it. There was a 2nd bag within that I had assumed to be my 3 pumpkin pie turnovers. That bag contained the aujue. However, there were NO turnovers in the bag and she did NOT inform us of this. I turned around to go get them and ask about it at the drive through speaker and said I was missing them. Again, in a nasty attitude, said they don’t have any. So I ask if there are the other flavors, she tells me there’s none of any of them. Does not offer anything to compensate the missing turn overs. Not even an apology. And the ENTIRE time she had the most nasty attitude. She had such a sour look on her face and rolled her eyes at customers ordering on the drive through speaker. She does NOT have the making to work any kind of service job from the way she was acting tonight. Very inconvenient and rude. I did get my refund through DoorDash, but was not satisfied with the “help” I received from the RESTAURANT EMPLOYEES themselves.
We’ve had problems in the past with this location and this is the straw that broke the camels back, I will avoid ordering from this location in the future. I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Maxtown Road location, they have been much nicer in all the visits I’ve had there. And are actually willing to help.
This location is the worst Arbys I've EVER seen, and this is in WESTERVILLE!!! I am dumbfounded at how bad this building looks, It's absolutely falling apart. The side walks are crumbling, they have buckets in the dinning area to catch water leaking from the ceiling. Torn booth seats, everything feels sticky bc its 50-70 years old and covered in a layer of grease. This place needs to be rebuilt from the ground up! It looks like who ever owns this building doesn't care at all about looking like a slum, grimy, dirty butt. I can't believe this place is even passing code or inspections. The paint is peeling outside. Glass on the windows has a layer of corrosion or fog. It's very run down and maijor repairs are being ignored, hense buckets in the middle of dinning area, it's gross! When you look up at the leaks you can see black mold. How is this place still operating. I'm ashamed to admit that I ate the food tbh. The oil in the frier needed changed, the fries were absolutely disgusting bc they were fried in old nasty oil so, they were not eaten. I won't ever go back, untill they rebuild this place from the ground up, it's NASTY NASTY! The staff was friendly, and thats the only nice thing I have to say about this place.
The roast beef with cheddar cheese was very good no complaints, really don't have too many complaints at all here other than I ordered no tomatoes on my chicken???? sandwich and off to the side and as you can see they sent me tomatoes ????off to the side????. The chicken was dry and hard around the edges and the cheese look dried out as well. So I wasn't too happy with that but the service was very good very polite so I would try it again just make it known more that I prefer no tomatoes please ????
I always got decent service here and fresh food. The drive-thru always moves relatively quick also. The only downfall is at the place looks like it's abandoned or falling apart from the street. However, the last time I went I got to fish sandwich with cheese and tartar sauce it didn't have any cheese and it looked like one drop of tartar sauce also I don't know what happened to the jamocha shakes.
