Went to the Center Road location at 9:10pm and was told by an employee they were closed at the drive thru. Looked online and saw their hours stated 10:00pm was closing time for the drive thru. So I tried helping them out by adjusting their hours so other customers know but google isn’t making that change so be aware that their hours may vary based on how they feel for the night!
Chicken Sandwich was really good but was a little tough in the middle, I don't believe it is your fault but the supplier in which you get your chicken.
I don't know what happened here. Food was always good. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a kids chicken nugget meal. The chicken sandwiches were so dry and tough,like they sat under a heat lamp all day,curly fries were soggy and cold,and the crinkle fries in the kids meal were hard and dry. All inedible,such a waste of money. Arby's,,,you lost a loyal weekly customer.
Not sure what has happened to this location the last several visits have been sub par. Long waits, unorganized and the sandwich I was presented with after a 30 min wait was mangled, ripped, and dirty. Very un appetizing. 08/21/22 130 pm. Dissapointed.
Manager had employee cleaning grout along main counter at busiest time of the day. Had to step around the humiliated employee to pick up order. No class operation. 2 mini chicken wraps sure didn't look like commercial. Kids size.
People are familiar or may be clout chasing about this case I experienced I'm thinking? My position here is that more than one location has displayed this condition of product. My hope is that the comments displayed are honest.. I tried to go to the site your office sent me but can't get the connection ???? okay. Please show us customers that our desire for Arby's delectables will soon be the best of your products. You have the meats!!! ????????
Drive thru service was fast but I find it so amazing when I get home and see the condition of the food. It's so carelessly thrown together. Almost all drive thru places have a bad appearance of the food once we get home. Do they do it because we're driving away and are less likely to complain? Also the new bacon cheese burger was not good, per my husband, who enjoys a good burger, but not this one.
I had the 2 for $6. The chicken sandwich was great very nice sandwich.
