Of all the local fast food outlets, this one is consistently staffed with well-trained employees and is kept clean and neat. In fact, during my last visit I overheard the manager on duty telling the staff to pay extra attention to those areas of the kitchen that are visible to patrons in order to make a good impression.
The first 3 times I went there since I have arrived in Fredonia. We're great and the fries were amazing, but I've been there 7 or 8 more times since, and I've tried to give it lots of chances, especially at different times of the day, but the quality has gone extremely downhill. I got fries yesterday that were soaked in grease or they were re deep fried.However, you want to say it. I don't know how considering they're kept under a heat lamp, but the roast beef was cold. Now mind you, I got the sandwich brought it out to my car, drove across the street to Walmart to go to pick up something. But I ate my sandwich before I went inside Walmart and I couldn't believe how cold the sandwich had gotten. And I don't mean it was ice cold, but I mean, it wasn't even lukewarm
Stopped on our way through town. Placed two separate orders. They brought out our first order and we kept waiting for the second one. After about 10 minutes, we asked about the second order (because several people who ordered after us had already gotten their food). The manager came out and angrily yelled, "What did you order?" It was a beef and cheddar combo...that's all. Once she brought it out, she threw it on the counter and walked away.
I always like the Arby's roast beef and the Jamaica shake. Both where good and the service was fast.
Ordered using the Arby's app ????♀️ which needs to be fixed (I had to download & uninstall it a total of 15 times before the app would allow me to create an account, this has been happening for some time according to reviews. I suggest you download the app through a QR code which finally worked). We placed an app order to pick up but there wasn't an area to request condiments or napkins. I called ahead to ask for extra Arby's sauce--they gave me only horsey sauce and no napkins. When I got home with our order, both of my husband's sandwiches had no top bun ????♀️
The food itself was good, it had been awhile since we got food there. The staff seemed like they were just teens, but that's really no excuse. We will try again at another time and I will update my review.
Long drive-thru wait, but always freshly made, especially the potato cakes! It seems I never get the correct packets tho, which is odd. Perhaps, they cannot hear with their headphones on. Wish they would give the drink tho while you wait on the food, it would make the long wait better, especially if you are asked to move up!
$20 for 4 sandwiches but it's Arby's. They forgot my sauce tho
I've never had success with them accepting a coupon, but the food is always good and the drive thru service is pretty quick
