According to the young man who took our order they call wraps, sandwiches ???? I confirmed my order thrice with more than one person listening and all knodded with the ut-most confidence annnnd the sandwich-wrap was not the right one firstly then the thing looked like it was ripped into. I was told that is how they cut it... what? With their teeth? Then I was offered buffalo sauce to put on it rather than being given what I actually ordered. They didnt have one sandwhich bagged either. Herea a picture of the 3rd item that was very well prepared. Today... you sucked Arbys...Ridiculous.
The wait time to order was lengthy. My meal was not very well put together, and although I ordered curly fries, I had so many regular french fries mixed throughout, and the bottom was mainly french fries.
They have the beef! Don’t forget your horsey sauce as well! There is no other restaurant that has this classic blend of roast beef and cheddar flavors.
My husband and I drove more than an hour specifically because we live in the country and we wanted Arby's. We only drove for Arby's, to be clear, we didn't stop anywhere else. When we got there we told them that we drove all the way there for their food, they talked like they were impressed by that but they only disappointed us.
I know that I ordered my food correctly but the guy apparently did not listen, he rang it up wrong. They made our food and handed it to us and told us thanks for driving so far for their food. We went ahead and checked our order and half of the sandwiches were wrong. It was the sandwiches I ordered for my 17 and 21 yr old sons who were not with us. I ordered them both a large sandwich because my sons are men. I was given small sandwiches instead. The manager made a big deal about it and it took her a good 10 minutes to figure out how to charge us more and they didn't make our correct sandwiches until she figured out how to use her own register.
We drove 70 something minutes for that and ended up with COLD FOOD. We deserve a refund. We wasted our time, gas, and money. Shame on you Arby's. We will not drive for your food ever again.
Anyone reading this should go eat somewhere else, this location absolutely sucks. Bad management. They disrespected us over less than $4 after THEY made a mistake. That is friggen pathetic, you know it and I know it and everyone else knows it.
The manager would rather throw away an entire order over $50 instead of providing eight cheese cups so that the roast beefs can be beef and cheddar's. They were the same price with the deal I had.
I took roast beef sandwiches to go. Also, got crinkle fries, and a jamoca shake. All good and quick service. I wish they would bring potato cakes back full time!
Just got hamburger meals and the burgers are raw and location won't answer the phone.** update. Contacted corporate support with another Arby's store help. Made a report the same night if location not answering phone and raw meat. Corporate took the report and still no resolution. May need to post the pictures of the raw burger on Google.
Honestly, this was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've ever been to. The manager and staff were so sweet and had great energy, and the food was delicious.
