Nice Arby’s, our food was delicious, nice facility with plenty of parking and easy accessibility, clean restrooms. Close to I-64.
Got ripped off. I love an Arby's roast beef sandwich and treat myself to one once in a while. They arent cheap. I always order the half pound roast beef. When I got home with my sandwich today something told me to weigh it...I know its only a couple ounces but the bag actually felt a little light for some reason.
I pulled out my trusty kitchen scale which is very accurate, I've checked it against calibration weights. The whole sandwich, bun and all weighed 6.6oz. I have weighed these before wondering if their half pound claim was true, that its 8oz of roast beef, and in the past, the weight of the meat was nearly exactly 8oz. I felt good that at least I was getting what they claimed I was.
I'm going to choose to believe the cook just accidentally weighed for a double roast beef, and thats probbaly 6oz of meat or thereabout.
It was still a good sandwich but I paid for a half pound and got the next sandwich down. Posting this and the pictures so maybe management will take note and try to do better.
Almost everytime we go here to get food, something is missing. And while yes, check the food , but when we are in a rush and just trying to get home , we don’t think about it and expect them to have everything in there. We just did a mobile order, and they forgot the double roast beef which was a MEAL, the main thing of the entire order. I spent $30 not to receive the most expensive thing I bought. And don’t bother calling , we did about 20 times and nobody answered!
Absolute rip off. $30 for: 1 Beef & Cheddar, 1 medium Beef & Cheddar, 2 four count orders of mozzarella sticks, and one medium drink. Both sandwiches had hardly any cheddar on them and the mozzarella sticks weren’t even hot. $30 for mediocre food??
Great experience ! We went there first so my family could get food, and I wanted wendy's. BOY! I should have just stuck with arbys!!! They greeted us, was patient, and kind, and fast and fresh. The manager and staff at the WENDY'S on the other hand, especially the young college student (For now) who thinks she is gods gift to fast food, at the wendys was AWFUL! So rude to me, to the two cars in front of us, my husband, I have it all on film and waiting for corporate to call back before I post to Google and tiktok
You never know how people are going to react to a service dog but everyone was so nice and one worker immediately offered to make a pup cup! It was huge and definitely made Skittle's day!
I came in around 7:15 and all I heard was cursing and yelling , I could see it was a blonde girl and one of the sandwiches makers in the backed I had my kids with me And my daughter started crying and she was so upset with the yelling. She has an anxiety and it set her off. Where was the manger in charge I find this very unprofessional, and it should be addressed, because I will not come back to the store
We like the greek gyros. Denise always knows what we want. Convenient to Lowes. Not much parking but we never have trouble - but park on the Sheets side, not next to the door otherwise the drive-through traffic will block you in.
Update 20241211: ordered a big cheesy bacon burger, server punched in a bbq burger instead. Not sure if she misunderstood me or made a rookie mistake with the order screen or just carelessness.
