I honestly don't know why we keep giving this place a chance..???? Loud employees talking about home life intermingled with cell phones and texting. We were the only ones in the lobby, half of which was already "closed" at 6:15pm. It took 15 minutes to get our food while we got to hear the stand up comedian like comments out of the kitchen about how "fat people in the drive-thru should be embarrassed to order that much food with a water". One of the ring leaders wanted to make sure everyone knew she was the manager and kept repeating her title. Ugh, just not worth it for no potato cakes!
I am not sure if I have been to this Arby's location in the past, but I will be back.
The place was spotless, the staff was extremely attentive, and super nice.
I ordered one of their new burgers, and the cook came out into the dining area to ask me how I liked it..
The man has pride in his work..
Rare these days...
Food is usually good but it was raining hardcore, and had my window open waiting for 5 minutes. No “hold on I’ll be with you in a moment” nothing. So I pulled up and the car behind me was able to order no problem. Then when I pulled up he said “what’s up” I said I’ve been waiting back there for 5 minutes with my “window unrolled in rain can I order here” and he looked at his coworker and laughed. I mean I’m not asking for A1 customer service I get it you’re making minimum wage but laughing in customer faces when all you had to say was no problem or hell can you go back to the end of the line. Tf
We love smashed sandwiches. Smh ridiculous.
Drive up window person was fine, however I went into the store because my fries were cold, a young lady tried talking to me from the back of the store, " can I help you" yes, these are cold "what's cold" now mind you I'm holding a bag of fries, and a container. She began to get loud, telling me I can stop with the attitude, I asked her," are you talking to me ?" Because at this point she's about to pick the fries up off the floor. At no point was I rude to this impatient child. She stormed off and told another young lady " you better handle this". The young lady who came to the counter was pleasant and asked what was wrong, I explained the fries were cold, and I'm not sure why I got so much attitude. She said give me 5 minutes as she dropped new fries in the fryer. And the mouthy girl was still going on....
The person from the drive up window brought them out without incident. My take on this, if this is how this store is going to be ran, I say we either boycott this location, or bring it to a corporate level.
Finally was able to order online & was able to save safe anluttie in fries. It’s bad if you can go boblube and see the goid but not have then appreciate it enough to offer indentured only
Kim has the worse Customer Service skills to the point if she is working I will turn around at the door.
One of the best Arby's I've been in the food was good and the restaurant was clean
