I got a chocolate milkshake and a beef and cheddar, and I pull up to the window and pay and the chocolate milkshake comes out, not even stirred up or anything just Vanilla on the bottom and a little bit of chocolate on the top, Denaja Was the person who gave us our food and I asked if I could get a different milkshake that way it would be complete chocolate and she has a terrible attitude and is super rude and says this is how it came, food was barely room temperature, and they had way too much sauce to the beef and cheddar, We also got a peach lemonade and it just had the peach sauce at the bottom and regular lemonade on top not even mixed up
On time and some kinda FINE!! Haven't had an Arby's sandwich that good in a while. The staff was super nice! It was so clean, you could have seriously eaten off the floor. I've never seen another like it!! High Five Guys!!!????
Rude, don't understand mobile orders, consistently out of products. If you have to go to this Arby's don't order ahead, keep order simple, if there's a line you'll wait 15mins minimum. I suggest going to any other Arby's in town. This one needs new management as of 6 months ago(last time I gave them another chance)
Great experience here today. The building was clean and well kept. The staff was patient with the large crew I brought in. The food came out great. Hot, fresh, and very enjoyable. Thank you for the great service.
I ordered through the "app" while sitting in the parking lot. The food was ready about a minute after I walked in. Fish n cheddar and small fries. The sandwich was hot but the fries were tepid.
Series ok.
Never had issues when it came to my allergies and they have been very good at recommending foods I can eat
Arby's, where's the meat?!
This was a sorry sandwich, I only discovered how poorly prepared this sandwich was after I drove home. There was also a surprise in my fries! I recommend everyone find a different location.
Arby's has my favorite fast food cheese sticks and the jalapeno bites are also very good for a quick snack. These items are almost always served and delivered fresh even at the drive thru. Also their turkey sandwich is very good as a fast food option.
