Roast beef sandwich with extra thick cut and soaked completely through the bun. The fries were ice cold. People were friendly as can be but it doesn't matter much when the product is this bad. I consistently had this experience when passing through this location.
The help could use some serious dental hygiene! There needs to be a better standard in place for people who handle food! My Buffalo chicken was a sloppy mess when I unwrapped it my mozzarella sticks were old and nasty! For $14 dollars I got hosed! DO NOT STOP HERE! FOOD IS TERRIBLE
Where’s the meat??? I got a medium roast beef and it was the smallest portion. I eat Arby’s when I travel and this was the worst. Dirty tables too. Do better management.
Stood at the front counter waiting to order for a solid 5 minutes nobody came up so I just left. As an ex Arby’s employee I expect better. @arbys do better hire some competent employees
Newer Arby's in great shape. Clean and updated. They had TV's for news/games. Service was pretty quick and they were busy. No complaints.
It’s around 4:50 p.m. I went to the restroom. As I was leaving.I noticed a worker leave 1 of the toilet stalls. He did not stop to wash his hands. Not even a splash of water. Which is very disgusting. Especially since he is dealing with food. After seeing that I decided to just not get food and just drive poorly to get food instead.
Dined in and glad I did. Team was loud and in control of everything going on. Showed professionalism and reflected on the food. Everything was hot, correct, and delicious. More napkins than you could ever need and multiple reassurance of what sauce you need or might want. Room was super clean and brand new. Great place to eat and the best Arby's I've ever had by far.
This place isn't a very good fast food place to eat at in my opinion. The meat and sauces here taste very artificial, but at least the service is quick. The atmosphere is only a little bit cozy at least for the Troy, MO location.
