Odd layout when you walk in, it's basically a hallway. Just really different. Service was acceptable, I was waited on quickly but the person after me had to wait. The kitchen design obscures the view of the counter. Overall the sandwich and fries were good but would have preferred fresh fries. The $7 value meal is a good deal though.
This Arby's is in a decently nice area, but the practices at this location seem like they are willing to sacrifice quality for money at any turn. I should have guessed when they stopped being able to accept Amex, but they will serve old fries and roast beef that is stiff and borderline crunchy. It also doesn't help that they consistently don't slice it thinly enough at this location, so when the roast beef is both old and too thick it is a pretty gross combination.
Don't ever come here expecting a milk shake, because the machine is always down. It doesn't really end there, though. The number of times I have come to this location and had them respond "don't have that right now" is insane to me. I will even tell my wife when she's telling me what she wants, 50/50 chance I'll be back with what you asked for.
When they were building this location, I was so excited, because I actually love Arby's. I keep going back here every once in awhile when I get the craving, but it's way too expensive to keep being met with disappointment once I'm sitting down to eat it.
I just can't anymore. The people are generally nice, but it feels like this location's owner must not care because the end result is too often way off the mark.
Avoid this location they’re pretty stupid. Ordered a half a pound beef and cheddar. 20 miles away after a hard day at work I tealized They put a different sandwich with barbecue sauce on it. I had to throw the whole thing away. The fries used to be better too. I couldn’t even eat that no more Arby’s.
I ordered the Good Burger meal through Door Dash and when it arrived I immediately noticed I received a drink and not the strawberry shake that came with the meal smh. The burger was overcooked so I couldn’t really eat it. The best part of the meal was the curly fries which landed the 2 stars. Needless to say I was disappointed with this meal. I thought I got a strawberry drink but when I took a sip I spit it out. I was literally strawberry syrup water. Disgusting!!
Sandwich way over sauced.
Had them pour a couple of different fountain drinks and they tasted like water with no carbonation and a hint of the syrup. Manager was insistent that since no one had complained, that there wasn’t a problem with the drink.. wow. Guess I have zero clue what a Coke or Dr. Pepper is supposed to taste like. Never again at this location,
We rarely come here because it’s always awful but it’s been a while and we were craving a roast beef sandwich so we gave it another shot and instantly regret it! I wanted the birthday meal they are advertising, the shake machine is down. Ok, no biggie. I order a beef n cheddar meal and am told at the window that the ice machine is broken so we get hot Dr. Pepper. It’s not just hot, it’s flat. Tastes horrible. We get home and dig into our meals. The fries are cold, rock hard and are not edible. Same with my husbands potato cakes. My beef n cheddar was sloppy, over sauced yet had the tiniest blotch of cheese that didn’t even come close to covering the sandwich. It was also cold. My husband got a half pound roast beef sandwich and it was cold, falling apart and the roast beef was sliced SUPER thick and was tough and rubbery and cold. $25 down the drain and this isn’t the first time. I’m just mad at myself for even giving them a shot again because nothing has changed. I will say the lady that helped us was nice, it seems like this is a management issue and I don’t think the employees can do much about it.
Seems as though they are dealing with a cheap manager.
AC is turned up to almost 80, making it warm and muggy inside.
No ice in the dining room soda machine does not work, but the worker will fill your cup behind the counter to maybe a quarter of your cup.
Also the tea was sour.
I asked her if it was like this here all the time and she said yes.
That's what makes me think it's the manager making all this happen as policy.
I'm giving it two stars because the food is decent, but I will not return.
The saddest part is this store is in a really nice part of town.
Went drive thru to order some nuggets. What they charged me vs what was on drive thru menu were different. I took the picture and argued but they said it's wrong and still charged me higher price
