The food was good and we was hungry so that's the place we chose to stop and eat due to we like Arby's and wanted something good for us. We went out of town to Gadsden alabama all the way from Tuscalosoa ala. And then when we got our Arby's sandwich it looked like pink and more pink that fully cooked brown. I'll post the picture if the roast beef. ????????????♀️they say it was cooked all the way and that I should not be concerned about the meat bc it gets took off the heat at 140 degrees Fahrenheit so idk it should be fine. But I didn't like the color of the meat ????
Such amazing workers! I am a door dasher and had an order from this Arby’s and the staff was so so kind. Two of the women working the cashier area & getting the orders ready were particularly kind. I couldn’t appreciate their hospitality more! This is definitely one of my best doordash pick up experiences from a fast food chain!
After paying for the meal, we waited for 25 minutes for the food at the drive thru. I got one meal and 3 snack wraps. When I got home half of my order was completely wrong. This is not the first time this particular Arby's has messed up my order. The people working there are kind, but just make sure to check your bag before you drive away.
This fast food restaurant is close to we shop so we stopped in several times. My wife really likes their roast beef sandwiches and I vary in orders. The food is usually good and the service is reasonably quick.
I'ved ordered from this location twice via their App and have had no problems at all.....well done. ????????????
The meal was satisfactory. However, the fries had an unpleasant taste, resembling cardboard. On the positive side, the staff demonstrated exceptional customer service.
I believe this location is under new management. Food quality much improved from last year and service excellent now.
Like a lot of fast food employees, they seem like they hate their job and are rude to the customer. The young lady was more interested in her phone than serving me. The food was typically good, but service has stepped back a long way.
