We Will be back. We love Arby’s restaurant, good food and service along with an atmosphere. It is finally good to see new faces. The store manager was working alone today . She is one that I have never seen. She even made time to apologize and thank us for our patience. I asked about the other gentleman I believe he was a manager or soon to become one. He was amazing and great customer service. Hope to see him next time around!, he was the reason we came back. Just 2 months ago a rude lady claimed to be a manager. She was so unruly and argumentative. We would hear her cussing in the back. It would take like 4-6 customers standing at the counter for her to come take their order.
Got the $7 Arby's Combo. I love their crinkle cut fries. I got them and they were half cooked. I go to the Arby's on 35 in Austin and they are great. I think they should have some kind of program for other stores to travel and teach those stores on how to improve their food quality. I don't want to see Arby's be another causality of poor food quality to close. They have been around along time and I want to see them continue.
We’ve had our bad experiences at many different fast food restaurants, and we weren’t expecting any different when we went to our local Arby’s. It may be a little difficult to find, and get to, but we sure did have an excellent experience. Cornelius made sure that we were taken care of and even assisted my father by delivering his food to him. We love Arby’s, which made this visit even more enjoyable. Thanks Cornelius and staff.
Stopped here to pick up a huge family order. It was over $80 worth of food. Handed them my credit card and the lady said it was declined because of limit level. Never heard of that. Called bank they said everything was good on our end my limit to spend is $10,000 and I had over $30,000 to use. So I asked them to run the card again. Same message limit reached. Turns out that Arby’s credit card machines are set to only take $70 no more. I tried to explain that to them and the lady said I was the stupid one and that no they have wasted food and time making the food. She also told me it wasn’t her fault that I didn’t have money to pay for the order and told me to leave. All she had to do was redo the order and split it in two orders and it would have been fine, but she chose to make it my fault and to be lazy.
Went through the drive thru and had the best service! Cornelius took our order and was so nice and patient. Then the shift manager at the register who was working was so kind and nice. One of best Arby’s I been too and will definitely be going back here!
I've disliked this place for a while. Tried it again recently and was impressed with the improvement. There seems to be 3 night teams, 2 are amazing. The one tonight 11/21/24 is the one with the allstars. The other group is good too but the third is average. Still miles above what it was months ago when I tried. They're at least making progress. Something I didn't think I'd see.
Apparently, the sandwiches aren't fresh and it shows. Curly fries had some regular fries with it on the bottom of the container, which we didn't ordered. I've gone to different locations where the orders are made fresh. She got my order wrong. Ordered a beef and cheddar meal, but only received a regular double meal. Not sure if the cashier is new or whatnot but I didn't really think it was worth bringing it up to fix the issue as we just returned from a long day at the farm.
So let's start out with the good. The two for $7 deal is great. We got the Gyro was good and had lots of meat. The jalapeno poppers were good too.
Now onto the bad. I got the smokehouse brisket meal and was extremely disappointed. Don't know if it was this location or if Arby's has just become trash.
The brisket sandwich was more like chopped trash and had maybe 2 tablespoons of meat on it. For a $12 meal that's unacceptable. I have attached pictures so you can see what I'm talking about. I understand that it will never look like the professional pictures on the menu but they can at least try.
Then one of the employees decided it would be a great idea to park in the handicap parking area and start working. Not a problem if they had handicap tags or mirror hanger but nope just wanted close parking.
