Best WLM Reviews
I've always had a good experience at this location. Clean, fast and friendly service, good hot food. They're doing a good job here, which can't be said for a whole lot of fast food locations these days.
Probably the best Arby's we've stopped at. The whole place, including the bathrooms, were very clean. The food tasted fresher than most (the fries didn't seem as if they'd been sitting around). We'd stop here again!
I'm standing here waiting for my food, and I see a worker sweeping the floor. He takes my mozzarella out of the freezer with his bare hands, without washing them, and drops it into the grease. I can only imagine what these people are doing when customers go through the drive-thru.
I'm sitting here watching 5 people bs around while it takes 25 plus minutes to make a simple order. Never again with this location. Poor management.
I went through the drive thru and got their 4 roast beef sandwiches for $10 deal with some Arby's sauce. It was good and they got it out in a good amount of time.
Such poor service absolutely no customer service at all. Sit at the drive-through for 20 minutes waiting on one sandwich.
Terrible service and everything cold no condiments drinks wrong oil for fries OLD
Unfortunately I had to change my review when I went there today to order the ranch loaded fries and like I normally get when I get home I notice it's in a small sandwich box which was not the normal size so I contact them and asked if it was a mistake the gentleman told me they ran out of containers and had to put them in that so I expressed that is not but like four bites and will not fill up my son like it normally does he said he's sorry they should have more containers in tomorrow I said okay well can you put it two of them in a sandwich boxes to make it right he said unfortunately he cannot very upset paid $9 for four bites and a drink and had to go back out to the nearest fast food to order more food
