Got there tonight about 6pm and they only had one in the back cooking and one lady doing everything else. Forrest thought was oh no, this doesn’t look good BUT, the lady was running all around covering everything and she and the guy in back did great. Food was great, place was clean. And I got a great chuckle and the ladies pleasant attitude.
Lady behind cash register stepped out after seeing us we walk in. We stood in line waiting for her to return for almost 10 minutes. We just left. They said she’ll be back soon… at some point, couldn’t anyone else take our order ? Guess we should’ve done drive thru. Plenty of orders were fulfilled while we waited
Pulled up to this facility around 9:10pm, they close at 10p. The guy taking my order seemed so preoccupied with how he was talking and kept saying, "Hold on," with deep breaths! I asked after the 2nd time if this was a bad time because I didn't want to inconvenience him. If it hadn't been that late, I would have driven to Chick-fil-A and got better service 1st of all! If your emotions can't keep you from being rude while at work, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CUSTOMER ISN'T BEING RUDE AN KNOWS WHAT THEY WANT! Maybe you're in the wrong field of work!
Not a huge fan of Arby’s in general. Their just not as good as they were in the 80’s. This was however a good experience. Fish sandwich was tasty and the Gyro was pretty decent after I doubled the meat. Clean and friendly
I visited this location on Tuesday, 01-25-22 for lunch. I get a 30 min break and I know I spent at least 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru line.
Arby's sent me a coupon for my birthday. Buy any sandwich for regular price & get a free curly free & small shake. I like food that's hot & spicy like myself, so I tried the chicken Diablo Dare sandwich. It was pretty spicy. Don't think it was too hot. Didn't realize it came with a small shake too, so I ended up with 2. It definitely wasn't hot enough to need a milk product to me. Since I've tried it, doubt I'd buy it again.
I'm guessing that the long wait time is a result of a staffing shortage. Had there not been an extended wait, I may have given an extra star. Also, one of the shakes was leaking from the lid when it was handed to me. It made a mess in my cup holder as soon as I put it down.
Went in in the evening, and the guys working there were so nice. I always order the gyro. It was hot and delicious
Spent 20 minutes in drive thru tonight and got cold food and gave me the wrong fries. After I drove All the way back and asked them to re make the order they got an attitude with me and tried to argue about it with me. After they insist I pull forward This is the SAD Extra Microwave sandwich they made me the second time around which I paid 12 bucks for. Horrible Customer service!
Just ordered 2 apple turnovers, didn't understand what was said on intercom so I pulled to the window thinking everything was cool (I was only person in line) so I get there and the gentleman slams the window open seeming very angry and said how can I help you, I said I just ordered 2 apple turnovers, he yelled and said I told you I couldn't hear you and to wait while I changed the headset, so I'm sitting there for a couple minutes not sure what to do, he was turned sideways not facing me so eventually I just said forget it and drove off, wish I had got his name but this was at 3:45pm 6-15-24 an older caucasian gentleman, outside of this I'd normally would give them 5 stars
