Best WLM Reviews
Whoever was working the drive thru acted like she was slow. They didn't charge me the right price for my coupon and charged me for a sandwich I didn't order. Other than that food was good as usual. Love Arby's
Ordered a steak gyro, got roast beef instead. Staff was young, friendly and energetic. Besides the wrong order, the only other complaint would be to spend a bit more time picking up in the dining room. Same napkin that was on the floors stayed there during my entire meal and after I left. It was not busy at all. Someone needs to make sure they stay on things and keeping it up to standards.
Ordered this sandwich got home and found a moldy bun. When I went back for a refund they tried to tell me it was from the toaster but the bun was completely soft. Customer service was terrible.
I always get good roast beef sliders here. I get the roast beef cheese with jalapeno. And potato cakes are back!!!
This is the worst Arby's I have ever had the misfortune of going to. It's the only one close to my house, so options are limited.
I have learned to accept the fact that the red sauce doesn't automatically come on the beef and cheddar like is standard in every other Arby's, or that you have to make sure all the onion rings or cheese sticks get placed in the order, but today was on a whole new level.
We waited for 35 minutes in drive thru during lunch. I understand that it gets busy, but goodness! I am about to just give up ever eating here again, I just don't think I can give up that much time of my life for substandard service and half of my order not included, because as I have been told more than once by the staff here, "we don't do that at this franchise..."
Edit: I guess sauce on the side means throw it all over the damn sandwich like a one armed monkey, the pic is how my sandwich came.
Seriously, you guys want 15 bucks an hour?! I'd rather have a robot doing it, it'd be right then.
Food is always good and my daughter thinks the milkshakes are the best. Love that they have burgers now too. Those are amazing. Curly fries could be a bit more fresh though. Don't get me wrong, I'll eat em lol but they are normally always room temp. The crinkle cut fries are good too and my daughter will actually eat those.
Yesterday Drive Thru. Ordered Reuben sandwich with sauerkraut. The bread was so fresh & sandwich was perfect. So today I passed the Arby’s on Delhi Pk, stopped & ordered another Reuben only requested extra sauerkraut. Had LESS sauerkraut than previously by other store, LESS corned beef, & bread & meat was overcooked on one end. VERY DISAPPOINTED BY DELHI STORE. Potential is there. I will try it again sometime.
Great food, clean store, and service. They struggle to keep up with the amount of demand at peak hours. Not the fault of the employees, management needs a better plan or facility.
Love the seasonal shakes. Corporate recently made the sizes of all the shakes SMALLER but kept the same price! BOOOOOOOOOOO. Large are now Medium and med is small. No more Large. Thanks management. If the word manager is on your job title, you are a useless idiot.
