We came through here a year or so ago and just loved this gas station. It must have either been new or there has been a management change. We stopped today and the DQ has been shut down, the place is super dirty, they forgot half our order at Arby’s. The lady taking our order was very nice. Looked like the floor and the bathroom haven’t been cleaned in a week. The sandwiches we did get were pretty pitiful. Won’t be back. The Dunkin part was extremely neglected- should have taken a picture. It looked like the place is about to go out of business-sad bc it was so nice the last time we went through! ☹️
Dinner time and most of the chairs were turned and placed on tables. Very limited seating.
Food was alright. Not nice and hot. But overall not bad. Would try again.
Eh, slow but decent service. Food was hot and fresh!
whenever you go to this Arby’s location it’s gamble whether or not the drive thru is open. i’ve received cold mozz sticks after waiting for them to be fresh. for this being the only Arby’s location in Wytheville, i think they definitely need to keep their drive thru open for accessibility.
They honored their online 5 for $5.00 deal. Missed part of my order. Counters and floors were filthy. I get that they were busy but there’s no excuse for filth.
Had the best experience ever at a chain fast food restaurant! They ordered my food fast and effectly while being polite it in the mist of chaos. I had a very particular order that was made perfectly. I could say enough about how everything appeared to be a well managed machine that ran smooth as butter. Loved my food.
24hr Arbys.... Only serves certain foods at certain times of the day. Literally can't get a roast beef classic in the morning. All Arbys serves the menu throughout the entire day. Staff apparently doesn't want to be bothered with working.
An Arby's that's out of roast beef. How is that even possible? I swear everything in this town is terrible whenever we've stopped.
