Waited with no one in line but us. They have an attitude saying you can order when ready. Lack of awareness for customers. Proceed to order and then finally tell us they don't have curly fries or certain sodas, wasting our time after waiting patiently. Poor management on their part and rude drive through person.
I loved the Cheddar Bacon Beef Brisket. It melted in my mouth. I would highly recommend this place. It was kind of busy and they still made service quick and good. The employees were polite and respectful and did there job well. Definitely going back.
Again like the McDonald's I just posted for they should at least that people know on the internet that they're closed or on when you call the phone have a recording saying we're closed because all our food's full because the hurricane calls our electricity to go out so we cannot sell food and we don't have none here. Waste of time cannot blame them for the power outages cuz of the hurricane only because of them not letting people know before they got there.
Never have anything in stock. Rude, unprofessional, and undertrained staff. Also, a lack of staff since they take one order at a time and pull up the one car they have in the drive thru and leave other customers at the menu hoping they can get service. Do not waste your time.
I mean it's fast food ???????? the cashier was very rude though. The regular size drink is a kids size.
5 Stars. 18 Jul ‘24 2:40 online order for pickup. Two roast beef, large crinkle fries, potato cakes, all for $8.76. The food was hot and delicious and ready for pickup when I got there. The people working today were very busy but friendly and professional at the same time.
1Star. 14 Apr ‘24 changing my 5 star review from 3 months ago to 1 star today. Placed online order and was there within 5 minutes to pickup as I was already on the way. Young girl at counter was very nice but old man with gray in beard was an a$$. Opened my bag at counter to make sure everything was there. No Arby’s sauce and no sauce for cheese sticks. Asked the young girl for sauce and she went to get it. Sweet girl. The old man however folded his arms, leaned back, and in a snarky voice asked “what kind of sauce you want”? I told him but he just stared at me. The young girl was back by then. Opened sandwich in car and it was ice cold. Cheese sticks were cold like they were not even cooked. That old man looked out of place at the counter and definitely should not be allowed near customers.

5 stars! Best roast beef sandwich in a long time, good and hot curly fries. Hard working very kind employee at counter.
Place "closes" @ 10. We show up at 940...big Arby's sign not lit up, menu in drive thru not lit up - place looks closed. 3 ladies obviously trying to get home early. Pull up to speaker, lady asks for order. We say "we can't read the menu can you turn the lights on?" Lady replies "uhh, let me see if they work" - lights come on immediately. Order placed, pull up to drive thru - lady says "I hope you have exact change because we don't have any change". Again, they probably just closed the register to get out early. And there was a full drive thru, not like no one else was there. Pathetic. Food order relatively accurate, and tasted great. Everything else sucked.
All the food I ordered was cold and fries were stale. Brisket was extemely dry and inedible as well. Worst food I've had from any branch. Also had a nice surprise in my fries. I've provided a photo of this wonderful xmas present.
