Placed a dash order late at night. The delivery was extremely fast around 10 minutes. When the driver arrived he gave us our drinks and 1 bag. In the bag was 2 sandwiches nothing else. I told the driver items were missing he said he would go back and check if there was anything else. He text me a few minutes later saying they were already closed. According to online they closed 45 minutes early. Opening the 2 sandwiches we got they were old beef and cheddar that sat on the pass long enough to harden the buns and change the color of the meat. We got a regular beef and cheddar and what seemed like a 1 pound beef and cheddar in our bag and the sodas we ordered. This was obviously employee who didn't give a $h!t. I would reevaluate my business
and my employees if this was my business.
Update 11-11 I called the restaurant manager and they comped the full meal to rectify the issue
We ordered food before driving home and should have checked the bag. One item ordered (mozzarella sticks) weren't even in the bag, nice to pay for food not received. Also, 2 of our burgers were made incorrectly. Lettuce was scraped off of one, not very well mind you. I stopped coming here a year ago or so because of bad service and poorly made food. Seems like not much has changed, unfortunately. The lady taking our order was not pleasant, either.
They might be a little more expensive than other fast food places but they are by far the best still. The mozzarella sticks were absolutely perfect the curly fries could not have been better and that beef and cheddar sandwich is still classically the same great sandwich. Worth every penny for the meal
The people here are all high and completely got my order wrong after I repeated myself 4 times. They also just randomly switched people and just made me sit there for 2 minutes and didn’t say anything so I had no clue what was happening. I am sick of the people here not listening and being high 24/7 I’ve tried to give it multiple chances but I will not anymore
TERRIBLE visit today. Drive thru kid couldn't understand/give proper change back to me. Had to get help with it. Fries were Cold, chewy & disgusting. Took nearly 15 minutes in drive thru and NEVER got my receipt - even tho kid asked me for it when he had issues with change amount. 2 out of 2 crappy visits at this location.
My first impression of Arby's was quite sensational. They do have all the meats you could possibly find at a restaurant. Their Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon Wrap is delicious. The soft flour tortilla could have tasted better if toasted though. A good option from their cold meats menu.
Sandwiches and fries were fine and hot, but my sandwich barely had any meat in it. Arby's usually has great sandwichs loaded with meat, at least compared to other places, but today this was not the case. If this kind of food continues, I will not be back.
Jeanette is amazing! She called to let me know we'd missed a pick-up order. She didn't need to call, yet she did... she was professional and kind!! I will return simply based on her good customer service!!
