The female attendant that took our order through the drive thru was absolutely rude to us over the speaker. We were driving through from out of town and decided to grab food. Definitely will think twice about stopping here again. The other male attendant was very pleasant at the window.
Service: Really good, timely, friendly and correct order!
Taste: Food itself is really good tasting.
Value: most of the items on the menu is worth the price however the Man and Cheese is not, it does taste good however the amount you get for $3 is not worth it. When the container is only 1/2 full even after stirring it up. That’s why the four star ratting! Over all great experience and will go again!
Update:
Went again the other night was a different experience the meat in the full size sandwiches were very lacking was pretty sad about this. I hope this was a one time deal.
Went on 6/5 got two french dip meals and the ajou leaves much to be desired! Not even a 1/2 cup for the sandwich! Do better!
Couldn't get order right. Took sandwich backup and they remade it. They turn a bacon cheeseburger into a bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich. STILL DIDN'T GET IT RIGHT.
Ordered 24.00 worth of food, poppers and cheese sticks..NO SAUCE!
It shows it on the invoice, but not in my bag. I am 15 mins away so not making the trip to pick them up.
Counter person was VERY short taking my order, she seemed to be a higher up.
Last time I went in to get food, waited 15 minutes to have someone to take my order, gave up and left.
Ionia seems to have a problem with restaurants and the employees running them, Wendy’s was really bad, now Arby’s..
Who doesn’t love Arby’s? Well, we used to love it, but this trip was a little different… We tried the new steakhouse garlic ribeye sandwich… Looked amazing in the photo! But, when we opened our order, what a disappointment. It’s a teeny tiny sandwich about the size of a McDouble. It looked NOTHING like the menu item. I even asked the cashier if it was correct, she replied “yeah, they are small“. Keep in mind, this is a seven dollar sandwich. Sandwich not for the meal, the sandwich alone was seven dollars. I also inquired why the app pricing was different than their menu pricing, they informed me prices were going up next week. Based on what I saw, looks like about 15% give or take across-the-board. Arby’s was already expensive, but the value factor is just getting less and less. I will say the buffalo chicken wrap we ordered was quite good though - it was much better and more substantial than the steakhouse garlic sandwich, and cheaper.
Just went to pick up an online order, was interrupted, insulted and cussed at. Definitely wasn't on my bingo card. Bravo night shift.
Stopped in the drive thru tonite. I asked are you running any specials on the classic roast beef sandwich? She said I'm sorry, we won't have any roast beef for about 45 min. I said really? She said yes.....everybody wanted roast beef. HUH?
Understaffed and very busy drive through at like 2pm on a Sunday . Made it difficult to get food inside the restaurant but the couple people who were working were busting butt to get orders out. I don't mind a slower service when it's clearly not their fault
