This is the third time I have gone through the drive-thru and got the wrong order and when I have confronted an employee they would not do nothing about it I am finished with them thank you
I rarely eat at Arby's but, everytime I do the food is always good. A little pricey but, all fast food places are nowadays.
Friendliness and great food. Highly recommend the Reuben with curly fries.
The food was hot and tasty, but the restaurant was not very clean. Since it was around 11 AM, it led me to believe that it hadn't been cleaned from the night before. We were headed back to GA, and really wanted to dine in, but had I done so; I probably would have thrown it out.
We just got done with a late night softball tournament and about 8 cars pulled in row to the drive thru. We were treated with friendly attitudes which is huge plus in this world. Staff was great, food was good. Thanks for taking the time to treat us good, and feed us good!!

Traveling for vacation and stopped here. Very polite and quick. Very nice people and were patient while we tried to figure everything out.
Food always good. But it was 10am on a Sun morning and door sign said opened at 10. Door unlocked. Ordered and worker said not open but gave food anyway. My friend went back in because she got the wrong thing and when gave her the correct order more or less threw across counter. Another person pulled to drive thru and was told they weren't open and it was 1015. Guess an unhappy employee.
