Ordered two meals. Both Fry's were only half full. My wife's chicken club turned out to be a beef gyro. I understand making the wrong sandwich. But to get the animal completely wrong is an accomplishment unto itself.
This Arby's is a classic model with the cool windows that overlook the main street with lots of seating. It was snowing today so the dine-in was empty. For me, it was nice because I could sit anywhere and everything was spotless and stocked. The cashier was polite and took my order quickly and correctly. My food came out fresh and overall I had a good experience. When I left I was told to have a great day and thanks for dining with us.
I've probably been to this particular one at least a few dozen times when I worked in downtown Tacoma. I like their menu and service is generally pretty good. It can get busy, but it's relatively clean.

I was hungry for a brisket sandwich and wanted to try a new place. I decided on Arby's. The physical location is a bit sketchy. The sandwich was okay. They put fried onions on it, which surprised me. The sandwich and a small Coca-Cola cost me $14+. I was shocked to pay that at a fast food restaurant. Bottom line is, you can get a primo brisket sandwich for this price elsewhere.
Hadn't had Arby's in a long time, thought I'd give it a try and was very disappointed. Did a mobile order and showed up 6 minutes after ordering. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 people ahead of me. Got my food nice and cold with no sauce at all. Plus my regular lemonade that was $3.40 came with all the ice Arby's had in the building. Bad value.
Solid fast food but strangely I don't like roast beef here or haven't for years.
Get the roast turkey ranch and bacon and curly fries and never sleep on Arby's again.
Prices are now toooooo high though.
I drove out of my way just to go to Arby’s because it is my favorite. The person working the drive through was rude and didn't say one word to me the entire time. Then when I got home and sat down to enjoy my treat I realized that my order was wrong. The bun was not right and was burnt. There was barbecue sauce and cheese on it and I ordered a plain roast beef sandwich. I couldn't eat it. I enjoyed my curly fries but that was it. I don't treat myself often so it was extra disappointing.
Inside there are tables missing and everything old and breaking down.
Went in and waited for over ten minutes at counter to get my order. It's not the guys fault he was running both counter drive through fry station. And he was friendly. But the scheduling is pretty ridiculous
