I understand there weren't many employees. I don't mind waiting. Though half my order was missing. One gentleman was very understanding and fixed it. Another gentleman threw some sauce my way and looked at me up and down to pick it up off the floor. That's fine! I understand they are frustrated. As soon as I get home I feel my bread is hard and cold. The cheese is not even melted and then I see green fuzzy spots. I'm done with Arby's that's just disgusting. I tried calling to warn them. The lines are busy. I just don't know what to think.
Ordered an $8 dollar turkey and Swiss sandwich, a few of them but I have never in my life purchased an $8 dollar sandwich and get it with the heel of the loaf used on my sandwich and I got American cheese instead of the Swiss that gives the sandwich its name. Total came up to like $ 36 bucks huge waste of hard earned cash. Would not recommend this location.
Let me start out saying, I don’t like to write negative reviews. This restaurant has been a disappointment time after time. I have gone back in the past thinking, maybe it was a fluke and it would be better the next time. We went there last night a little before 9pm and tried to place an order. We tried to order three different items and were told they were out of that. We settled on two Chicken Ranch Sandwiches and a drink. We brought it home, and to our dismay, our chicken sandwiches had chicken nuggets on them. It’s ridiculous! We won’t go back.
I don't have an Arby's in my town, so when I pass by this Arby's it is a treat. The food is always good, but it seems like each time I come through it's "thank you for choosing Arby's please hold" then I'm sitting at the speaker for upwards of 5+ minutes, then when I pull up to the window I pay them I'm asked to pull up to past the window to wait for however long. The food is great but the wait sucks.
While ordering my large roast beef sandwich I ordered extra horseradish sauce every time I restated my simple order. After receiving my sandwich with ONE packet of horsey sauce I asked for a second horseradish sauce...it's a big dry sandwich.... get down the road and find lots of BBQ sauce but no horseradish sauce. This branch of arby's needs help badly
I am assuming they were having an off night but we had to go back twice to have our order fixed.
The second time I'm pretty sure the window person took the food they gave us and handed it to the correct customer.
Hopefully it is just a training issue that can be resolved by management.
The food was great once we finally got our order
I love the beef and cheddar, its a great sandwich. This particular store has sticky floors and less than friendly employees and management. It seems no matter what state I'm in they refuse to fill up the fry container. All I ask is to get what I pay for.
The New Arby's burger was great. But all I can say is, stop smoking on breaks. You gotta be alert to deal with the public.
