Absolutely not fresh!! They just cooked it again, drop the old ones in the oil to make it hot. No tomato in my fish sandwich. Not coming back for sure. Not a friendly environment sorry ..
Half full order of fries plus they were cold. You gotta do better than this Arby's.
It’s a little best place I always come and get a milkshake and now the milkshakes are different now days for the New Year’s
Staff wasn’t friendly but wasn’t rude. Fries were cold, sandwich cold too, and it was a chicken sandwich which is supposed to be warm. Arby’s is a good fast food chain, hopefully they get it together…this just wasn’t impressive tonight and I don’t have high standards.
Heat Index 112 outside and threatening to call police on a paying customer is criminal and unethical. There is no compassion for the vulnerable individuals at this location. They took money from a vulnerable and destitute individual on a day with a record breaking heat wave in the area and no food. After the threats from management, who could even attempt to choke down the horrible food anyway.. The only justice is me serving them with this horrible and truthful review. The customer was lied to after paying for a meal that was never received. Mark Taylor & Kim Claytor are the worst, most reckless human beings. My mission is to share the criminal behavior of the employees.And the food is horrible just like the service. No name tag on the manager etc.Corporate office take note.
Extremely unfriendly staff! Food was ok but last time it took over 10 minutes for a very small order.
Also, sometimes the curly fries are seasoned and that is honestly the main reason we ever go, and other times the curly fries are completely plain...not even salt and they taste like the week old grease that they were fried in :(
Disappointing!
The food was not hot enough and had to return the fries. The fries were over cooked. The food handler preparing the order didn't have a hair net for his beard.
Not a place I plan to return to or recommend. ☹️
