Best WLM Reviews
Just came from Arby’s through the drive through and said my order and the lady had repeated it correctly, once I get to the window we tell her the lemonade we ordered was peach because she had given us a strawberry lemonade with ice when all the drinks were with no ice and she hesitated to take it back for the peach. And we had asked for honey mustard and ranch and she only gave us 2 ranches (she was wearing glasses and has gray hair).
Service has been atrocious every time we’ve been there (20+ minutes to get everyone’s food). The last visit is what made it so we will never be back. The roast beef was absolutely disgusting. It looked nothing like the normal roast beef, was thick and the texture was disgusting. The taste was even worse. Neither myself or my daughter ate more than a bite because it was actually inedible.
The food was hot and fresh!! The customer service was on point!! We had the cheddar roast beef, crinkle fries, curly fries, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers & vanilla milkshake. Everything was really good!! We will definitely be back!!
This was my first time at this location. The food was fresh and hot. I had the two for $6. The customer service ok and the cashier was friendly. The bathrooms were clean. My only problem was that the floors were sticky and a slight sour smell. If they would have used a clean mop with hot water and bleach, all of that would have been a non factor.
Delicious BBQ brisket. Friendly, upbeat staff.
Inside the restaurant it was impeccably clean & vibrant. The Ladies room was sparkling. Not sure if this location in Harrisburg is new, however it sure looked it.
Well manicured landscaping & the parking lot was also clean.
More importantly, the Service was great.
No mistakes like other chains.
Ran in for a quick bite to eat. We ordered a classic roast beef and fries along with an apple and a cherry turnover. The lady actually asked if we would like the turnovers heated and of course we said yes. This is the first time I've ever been asked and I would love it if they would continue.
I just order the roast beef brisket sandwich the order day because it was good. I came back Tuesday right after lunch time because food was good, only to find the manager working the drive through window and had a bad attitude when l told her items were missing from sandwiches. Another worker came to window and was very nice and was fixing my sandwich correctly. Manager came back to window taking over, rude talking loud and slaming window in my face very rude and disrespectful. The worker was nicer than her. The manager took my sandwich back from window and handed me back my same sandwich still not right. I took it and did not know if l wanted to eat it . The manager was cold toward me when l was leaving. I did not feel like a customer
I ordered the three piece hushpuppie fish sticks meal. It cost a little over $8. This picture is what was in the box. I didn't take a picture of my husband's meal but he got a #6 meal. The meal on the left is the small and the meal on the right is the medium. I thought ordering medium would get me larger fish sticks but, it just got me more fries. Wonk wonk.
