Stopped in for dinner to receive overcooked fries and sweet tea that was not sweetened. The condition of the dining room needed attention, not to mention the ac was on, so I ate with my coat on. While eating, I witnessed a young girl go to the adjoining Love's take a necklace and not pay for it. I informed the cashier at Love's who just ignored me. A woman with a dog came from the Love's side to fill a fountain drink. No one said a thing to a dog in the restaurant.
Will not be returning.
Enjoyed stopping by for a sandwich. Dining in was pleasant as the restaurant was clean & staff was friendly. I watched them interact with other customers & using the customers name, as well as taking their order outside to them. That milkshake was delicious & probably the best one I've had in a very long time. ????????
It was the worst Arby's I have ever been in. If I could give minus 5 stars I would. I ordered 2 cherry turnovers to go. My husband opened the first one and it was grease soaked and probably 5 days old. Here are the pictures. Absolutely horrible. I also bought a cookie and it was rock hard and probably 5 days old, I can`t believe they are still in business. We usually love Arby's but not this one.
Terrible service. Everyone was so sour you can tell they hate their jobs. Sauce dispensers were empty. No yea at 8pm. I’ve spent some time in San Francisco and it’s a shame when California has nicer residents than the south. Whatever happened to southern hospitality?
Very bad response and service from the girl at the fryer. I asked for my burgers while the fries were ready and she didn't want to give them to me when I paid for them 10 minutes before. She threw the bag on the counter and the manager didn't do anything. VERY BAD SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
Ordered a meal. They forgot my fries then gave me attitude for coming back through drive through. Had to reprint the receipt and double check my order. I know mistakes happen but just fix it don't give me attitude.
This place is very adept at messing up orders. Missing fries, no cheese sauce, roast beef sandwich instead of a burger. Stuff like this was annoying 10 years ago. It's infuriating with how high prices are now.
Update to previous review**
Still loving this Arby's but I want to advise all Arby's fans; the website does not work for this location! It says "this item not available at this location, choose another location" for every item on the menu. Online you can not get any pricing info, can not order for pickup, and if there is loyalty points, you won't get them here. Just saying corporate Arby's does not seem as proud of this restaurant as I am.
Last week, there was a Love's merchandising guy eating when I ate here, so I showed him the disfunction. I hope he can get some action. Until then, take it from me, they have a full menu and great people that can help you with most anything.
Very clean and super polite employees. This is my new favorite Arby's and it's only 5 miles from my work.
