They were testing their AI ordering service. Where the AI got my order correct, the humans creating it did not! They shorted me food and forgot to add any of the condiments we asked for. I tried to call the store 3 times when we got home with NO ONE answering so I couldn't offer feedback or any remedy for their mistakes. I will not be returning and they need to reconsider their dependency on AI.
Horrible evening! For starters the main entrance was locked making it look as the place was closed for dining and only drive through was open, till we walked to other door. As we walked in it was a mess, so dirty chairs on top of tables as if it was closed. Guy who took our order was nice but lady manager was all over the place being way to loud sayin she was happy to see everyone there, I'm guessing she didn't expect anyone to show up. She also added that main door was closed to help her employees stay less busy,this was after new years 2023, so Jan 2nd. They she played Spanish music which I didn't mind but I'm sure non Spanish speakers did,she played Selena. Prices were very expensive and food was not that great! No ketchup or sauce were available by drinking fountain area, had to get them from cashier. My first and last time I visit this place.
Idk how they make the food taste different (worse) than all other arbys but their doing a good job at it!
This is my go to place for fast food. It's always fresh.counter em p loyees polite n helpful , love their "2 fer" deals cover me n a guest affordable ly.
Arby's are always great! Doesn't matter where I've gone they always have an exceptional team that's polite & pay attention to their customers.
Ordered three 1/2lbs roast beef meals and a regular roast beef sandwich through the drive thru. First off, one sandwich was missing, next all three sandwiches were NOT 1/2 lbs, they came wrapped in “double” marked wraps instead of the cardboard container they usually come in, they looked like halfway between a classic and a double, thirdly, they used filler fries, half crinkle with curly fries on top that were hard and stale, and lastly the drinks were flat and warm.
Everything was good, but not sure if the limited time Mac was suppose to come like this, it just looks like half of it is missing, why do fast food employees always do this, like bro your not fooling anyone, your just gambling hoping they don’t complain, but like I said this might just be how it comes
I come here about two to four times a month. Four stars because I've never had bad food from this location. The people are friendly and helpful. The only minus, and it's kind of a big one for me, is dining in. I'm that idiot that always sits in the front of the dining room, so every time I eat in (not to go) I always end up listening to the kitchen radio compete with the dining room radio (two different stations loudly playing). Rather than move (and hopefully fix that) I just eat faster so I can leave. I'm sure it's not intentional, but it's really unwelcoming.
