The person taking order was in a huge hurry and getting the order correct was a challenge because of it, when we got to the window I still had to fix the order. Then we were asked to pull around to front and she would bring it out to us. We waited for about 10 minutes and there was only 2 cars in front of us. Food was cold and there was no Arby's sauce, so we had to pull through the drive through again, and when I asked that we didn't get any Arby's sauce she gave me 3 for an order of 5 people, I had to ask for more. Very unhappy with mainly her, and the cold food. The cheese sauce had something in it..... Yuk! See pic
Visited this restaurant today for lunch. Worse food ever! I was so shocked! I ordered a beef ‘n cheddar combo and the cheese sauce was literally rancid! It tasted so disgusting.it was definitely old and outdated. When I realized something was wrong I opened the sandwich and tasted the meat first and then the cheese. I gagged! For over $9 I had a bite of spoiled food. The fries were not hot either. This is definitely horrible quality control at this restaurant and I will never be back. I would caution anyone before eating here. I still can’t get spoiled tangy feeling from my ???? mouth. Ugh! All the fast food places around here are really low quality. Sad, sad, sad....
I have visited this place on 10Oct2020. We have chosen drive through. I have ordered fresh fries, Veggie sandwich and coke. This place is just near by Walmart. This place is on the N Pennsylvania Ave OKC 73120.
Staff is attentive and customer friendly.
We have got our order ready quickly.
Tiffany, Evelyn and Shasta made this a wonderful visit. Super friendly and helpful and foods was perfect. Thank you. xoxo
Pros: seasonal pecan chicken salad sandwich, mozzarella sticks
I go back every summer for the sandwich! I'm glad they don't have it year round. They also have good summer refreshments and treats
Some of the better roast beef I've had at arbys. Lady who worked today was friendly and accurate!
One of the fastest Arby's to pick up online orders from. Always friendly staff and plenty of parking space. Good location with a large variety of other places you can mix your orders with. You can now donate a dollar and get free fries and a side of cheddar dip on your next visit.
The food was on point i ordered for me and my husband i gave it 4 stars due to i ordered curley fries and got half crinkle fries! I work fast food it takes 2 seconds to drop fries! Im so disappointed thats what my heart was set on!
