This is only the 2nd time I have had occasion to visit this Arby's, and I have had notably good experiences both times. One does not necessarily expect politeness and customer service, particularly over the intercom, at fast food restaurants. The employees are usually not well compensated for their time, and it comes out in their attitude towards their job. That was not the case here. Both times the woman who took my order was polite and accommodating. The first time I remember opening my sandwich and thinking that it had been done by a "sandwich artist." As good as roast beef sandwiches are, nowadays you're lucky if half the meat is actually /in/ the bun when you receive it. This was perfect. This time, not only were the sandwiches neat, but when I asked for a "half-and-half" soda (which is usually something I don't even bother trying for in the drive-through) the response was, "I got you." She really went above and beyond when she handed me the soda and asked me to check to make sure she had the ratio right.
I hope this lady's boss is reading this and realizes that they have a -gem- in her. Whenever I have to go to my doctors office down the road, I will be stopping here for lunch.
Had a pickup order for a company lunch consisting of 50 bagged meals (sandwich, fries, condiments) and they had no issue exceeding the expectations. Janet and the staff were very helpful and made the process smooth, easy, and fast. When I got there at the time of pick-up, Janet was anticipating my arrival and everything was ready to go, the bags were even taken to my car for me.
The sandwiches were loaded with meat, the fries were filled up completely, and each bag had plenty of condiments and napkins as well. Everyone enjoyed their meals.
This was a very pleasant experience and we would do business here again.
Roast Beef Sandwich: I don’t eat a lot of fast food these days, but when I do Arby’s is one of my go-to spots. My favorite at Arby’s has always been their classic roast beef sandwich. This probably originated with me seeing my Dad get them back when I was a little kid and it just kind of stuck because they taste so good. The sandwich itself is nothing fancy, just a sesame seed bun with roast beef. While it tastes alright this way, I like to dress it up by taking it home & making some modifications. I begin by adding a slice of American cheese under the meat and then topping the beef with lettuce and my special sauce (ketchup, salsa con queso, and reduced fat mayo). I prefer to eat that version of the sandwich chilled or at room temperature, but it's alright heated as well. The roast beef is tasty, but the real star for me is the bun. It’s my favorite bun in the fast-food world because it’s fresh, soft, and has just the right amount of chewiness to it. Doughboy approved

Used the app and tried to submit my order. Every time I hit the bag/cart it tossed me out. Tried numerous times. Husband and I drove down to the restaurant. Showed them exactly what the app was doing. The young man told me to call customer service and report it. The woman who's tag said Assistant Manager, Mel, told me I could place the order but I couldn't get the fries for $1 because the register isn't set up for them. So I placed my order and he gave me the total. I said No the sliders are $1 on the app. The Asst Mgr, Mel, said No they are $2.49. I told her if Arby's App was working they would be $1. I'm not paying that much more for something that is cheaper on the app. I asked to speak to the Manager. She said I am the Manager. I said You are the Assistant. I want to speak to the Manager. She told me The Manager was at home and she wasn't calling him. I asked for the Managers name. She refused to give it to me and was down-right rude. This Assistant Manager needs training in customer service. No respect! I have many other choices and will let my family and friends know not to patronize this restaurant. It's not the customers fault the App doesn't work. Prices should be honored!
I went to the Ryan Road Arby's with my wife and neighbor for supper. After ordering and receiving our order, we noticed "mold" on 2 of the 3 buns. After bringing it to the attention of the counter person he talked with the cook and then the manager was spoken with. The cook and manager checked our 2 sandwiches then looked at the tray of un-used buns and removed an entire tray of buns. At NO time did the manager apologize to us and just re-made our sandwiches. What ever happened to "Customer Service" Very disappointed!
After a confusing ordeal with the cashier whom I presume is new. Our food was wrong and cold. My wife and I were anticipating getting food at Arby's as we have not been there In a while. Also the place was dead and the dining room was filthy. I definetly will not return to this location.
Arby's The Way It Should Be!
This is the best Arby's around. The food tastes great and is always prepared right. CLEAN! The place is spotless and even the bathrooms are immaculate (this is very important). I drive nearly 60 miles just to eat here, because the food tastes like it used to back in the 70's and 80's when I was a kid. Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant and this one is definitely worth the trip.
