The food was pretty much what you'd expect from Arby's. I had an upset stomach afterwards but that may be due to me not eating fast food a whole lot. It tasted fine. The service was great! Very friendly.
I have never done a salad from Arby's I was just getting over a cold and a salad sounded good, it's late and not a lot of places to choose from so here I am trying a salad from Arby's.. yuck ???? I'm sure it was probably this location maybe, but the lettuce was brown and wilted the chicken it looks like they took a piece of chicken for a sandwich and just chopped it into a few pieces and put it in there. The chicken had a good taste but the rest of the salad was just horrible by some old lettuce. And all it had covering it was like a piece of plastic wrap.. needless to say I will not try a salad from Arby's again.
Its seem like every time I try to go there and try to order. It takes like 10 minutes for them to take my order and I would be the only person in line or at the drive thru, however, I just end up leaving and going somewhere else. I don't know if I ever ordered at this location before, because I just always leave. Might want to hit up your manage team on this one. Its always that location on 71st and elm
I ordered a grape chicken sandwich and sweet tea. When I got home I had a French dip sandwich. If it hadn't been so hot I would have gone back. I so wanted the chicken salad.
The cashier was polite. The sandwich was pretty gross. There was a plastic tab in my sandwich. The manager offered to replace my sandwich, but I'm not so interested in returning to that location.
Was very disappointed with my visit to this Arby's tonight. My daughter got chicken tenders after a softball game and ate half of one which was totally RAW.. Really hope my kiddo doesn't get sick.
Always come to this location when I need my Arby's fix. The drive thru seems to always be staffed by professional and friendly people. If you order fried items expect to wait a little bit as they fry to order. Sandwiches and non-fry items come out on time and well made. I have only been inside once and it was typical layout. Clean and seemed to be maintained.
I like arbys, its a bit standard as a chain, but the food tastes good and is satisfying to bite into
