Just wanted to give Matthew a shout-out for the service. I had a few modification requests and he was more than happy to help and even told me a lot of people request things like that so it was no problem. I went through the drive thru and he brought my food out to me and I realized I forgot to ask for sauce and he just said no problem and ran to get me some. This young man went above and beyond with something that may seem irrelevant to some but he made the night better for me.
Literally watched my food get stolen by some guy as I was walking in, but the employees remade my order extremely quickly. May have to ditch the pickup counter and have customers state their name to pick up food if this is a common occurrence
Food was absolutely disgusting. The roast beef must have been sitting for hours (we ate at 11:30 AM). Cheese sticks were cold. Waste of $21…….
They were short one potato cake for my order. The manager apologized, and went out of her way to bring the missing cake to my table. Excellent customer service!
Arby's is by far one of my favorite fast food places. However, they have changed my mind on the Marysville location. I grabbed lunch today for my daughter and I and took it home. The mozzarella sticks were perfect. When I got to my sandwich I always pull some of the roast beef off as they always add way too much. While doing this there was a blonde hair (I am brunette) in the meat. I threw the entire sandwich away. The workers need to do a better job of keeping their hair out of the food. It should be mandatory to wear hairnets when messing with food not just hats. Will definitely stay away from that Arby's from here on out!! ????
Went for a late afternoon snack Decided to try the new hush puppie fish and crinkle fries.
It was ok but I wouldn't order again . The meal doesn't come with a drink so we ended up spending almost $19 For the (3) piece meal
The portion size is fairly small.
I ordered the crinkle fries but received a mixture of crinkle and curly fries (pic)
Was ok my husband likes curly fries
Normally I'm pretty satisfied.
We did notice prices did jump up some but ( who's isn't)

My compliments to Arby’s advertising photographers . My picture is of the actual $7 Philly Cheese Steak that is just plain gross and not good. You should be ashamed of yourselves for serving this to the public.
