I was just in there and let me start by saying I know this is fast food but I placed an online order and when I got there my food wasn’t done yet. No big deal but then when I get my food I go out to my car and take a bite in to my sandwich it wasn’t even hot. I watched them put the roast beef on the sandwich and then hand it to me. How was my sandwich not hot? Also my fries were burnt. I couldn’t even eat the food I just ordered because I wasn’t going home to heat up my sandwich. Also there was a lady who said she ordered a drink and the associates went back through all of the orders telling her no that she didn’t order it. It’s a lousy soft drink, why argue with the customer? This was an awful experience and I will definitely never be back.
This location was an extreme disappointment this evening. Ordered two chicken wrap sandwiches, small shake, small jalapeno popper and small curly fry. The serving of fries was so small I actually took it up to the counter and showed the shift manager but she said it was a small fry just put in a bigger cup. I dumped the fries out and there were only two curly fries in the cup and the rest were broken pieces. There was no offer to replace or add to the fries that were purchased. I spent $16 and definitely did not get my money's worth. Everything I ordered had been sitting for a while and was lukewarm and the chicken was hard and difficult to chew because it was not freshly made.
Not too bad at all. Prices seem high but isn’t everything with the economy created by the current administration. $7.00 for a burger and add $4.00 for fries and a fountain drink. Maybe if you use coupons ? But again based on how things are today it’s expensive everywhere. Come here all the time and it’s always pretty good. Only thing that was bad are the chicken tenders. Got a batch that were all extremely hard breading. Could have broken a tooth on those.
Drive thru busy, so I went inside. Not knowing what the menu was other than usual beef and cheddar, I asked, "What was on the chicken wrap?" The girl snapped at me, turning and waving her arm stating,"which chicken? ... we have all these" in a raised voice. I replied we will make it easy, I will have chicken tenders." There were three people in line. I would guess they may have been short-handed. Since I did not think the question was out of line. The food was good and hot. The walk-in customers continued to wait while the team seemed to be focused on drive-thru orders.
Ordered pickup through the app for 5:00 pm. Had to stay a few minutes over at work. Got there at 5:15. Order shelf was empty. Took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was there. They first claimed there were no pick up orders and that I ordered from the wrong restaurant. I confirmed in the app I had the right place. They showed me an order and asked if it were mine. I said yes. The man told me someone picked it up for me. I told him there was no one to pick it up for me. He claimed once it’s on the shelf they aren’t responsible for it. I spent 20 minutes in the store with this man arguing, raising his voice, and telling me they weren’t responsible because someone picked it up. I told him you let someone take my order. Finally he refunded my money after threatening to call the police. He was still trying to argue as I left the restaurant. Extremely rude. While he went in back to process the refund I spoke to another lady and said I just want my order I can wait if you want to remake it. She said no horrible experience
I tried the beer battered fish sandwich today and it was okay. The reason being I prefer my fish a little crispy, like their first fish sandwich. Plus the bread was toasted a little to much but overall tasted pretty good. I gave 5 stars because of the great customer service. I'll try it again later to see if anything changes
Went there today, July 15th 2024 at 7:30 pm. Got 2 double roast, beef and cheddars. We came home. They had a Gray look to him. My husband tasted his and it tasted really bad like something was wrong with the meat. We called the restaurant and she argued with us. The manager saying that all their meat is cooked to temperature. I didn't matter if it was cooked to temperature, it tasted spoiled. They continued to argue with us About how all of their meat is cooked to temperature? Because she wanted us to make us a new one. And my husband said he didn't want a new one. We didn't ask for our money back which we should of But she was so rude and had horrible customer service skills. Will not go back. Not to mention that we sat after getting our food in drive thru.in the parking lot. Waiting for them to bring out the potato cakes for 8 minutes. Well, our food got cold the milkshake.Melted Then they never brought it out me and my granddaughter had to go inside and ask them. Almost bag them for our potato cakes. And the girl at the counter says well, I need your receipt. What do you mean you need my receipt? You told me to park in a spot. And wait for it Them to come out.p.s just realized Oh yeah, I know, but my order was totally wrong. I ordered a chicken wrap with Buffalo. And I ended up with a Buffalo. Chicken sandwich tasted like rubber.
My family eats here semi regularly, food is usually good. Overall about 30% chance of the shake machine working... It has been a while since I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss, and was surprised & disappointed to find one small chicken tender... I used to work at Arby's in Middleburg and although it has been years, I've had the sandwich since and they aren't supposed to use a chicken tender for the meat of the sandwich. If that's all you have, at least use two for God's sake! Lol it was still good but not enough for the money. And like I said, we spend here regularly.
