Legit this review is going to be 99% based on the drive thru worker that's there most evenings.
I don't know his name but I may edit this later to fix that.
He is extremely friendly, always gets my order right, and makes the experience super easy, even after a long late night shift at work.
So you know those memes about service at chic fil a? How they'll run after your car if you forget your drink or if they forget to say "have a nice day!" Well this man literally ran to my car as I was driving away to make sure I had my drink.
He is my hero and after a long shift of cleaning up after kids all day it was an act of kindness that was just so much needed. So thank you Arby's drive thru man. I hope you see this.
They gave me half of the Large curly fries, and the leftovers.
I ordered online and had a variety of discounts to choose from. I got there a little early a watches as the only visible worker made my order fresh. Very positive employee and short handed but able to ask and show me a variety of different sauces to take with me. I haven't eaten Arby's in a very long time so it was nice to be offered and shown what was available. Restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms which is rare these days! Everything was in the bag, nothing missing!
Worker with a name tag Elijah is such a pleasant worker. I’ve been to this location once last year and did NOT have a good experience. This time was different. My food came out fresh and fast. It’s good to see a change.
Not even close to giving the correct order, ordered two sandwiches, with two curly fries, and drinks. Was given two gyros, one regular fry. The coke tasted like the syrup needed to be change, will never go back to this Arby’s again, they’ve screwed up my order too many times. Also, multiple employees hanging out in their cars, then running inside to take orders, after the drive through lane is 4 cars deep.
Potato cakes were nice and fresh. Love the beef n cheddar sandwich was kinda messy but yummy. The javamocha shake is nice and rich in flavor and the dude even asked if I wanted whipped topping on my shake so I got the whipped topping on it, that made it even creamer and sweeter. Definitely coming back to this location and the guy who was working the counter was amazing. Great customer service.
I saw the fish on TV and they looked delicious.
Well...not so much. Child size portions.
They may have been undercooked, but they were a little slimy and fishy smelling.
I'll just stick with the Market Fresh sandwiches!
My boyfriend works here and he does a damn good job, love you :P ????
