One of my favorite Arby's in the green bay/Bellevue area. The staff are all really nice and friendly. The food is good as most Arby's food is. I like to get some food and watch the cars pass on the highway it's a pretty nice view. It is also conveniently connected to a gas station. Overall a good spot I would recommend stopping.
i just wanted a sandwich quick and there was 1 lady at the register and already ordered they say and talked and it took 10 min for the cashier to give the lady her change I was on break from political canvassing I was hungry and had to just leave without eating I was very upset they knew I wanted something and decided to take his sweet time knowing I would just leave I'll never do business with this location ever
They have an old woman working here that has no business working retail. She is cranky, rude and nasty.
Good place for an Arby's fix. Always consistent.
We waited 20 minutes for cold food and the very uncurliest curly fries ever. I wouldn't come here
The staff is friendly and moderately efficient. There was a bit of a wait for food, but it's hot and fresh, so I can't complain.
Ordered 6 items, said there would be a 5 minute wait for 1 of the items and they would bring my food out to my truck when ready. 5 minutes later they delivered the food to my truck, minus one of the items. Glad
I noticed as I live 10 miles away. Drove thru again they gave me the item without so much as a sorry. How hard is it to check the order for accuracy?
This happens all the time, and for this type of service they feel $15 an hour is justified.

The food here is always on point, but the manager here is very rude, and don't belong in the customer service industry for sure, I work down the road from this location, and come here often, like I said, great food...but beware if she's working, no need to tell u her name, you'll figure out who I'm talking about immediately believe me, anyway it's still worth a shot, just be prepared for rudeness...????
