This is the last time, Arby’s. Every. Single. Time. EVERY TIME I get burned here. They have never once gotten my drive thru order correct in the 5 years I have lived in the area. After the last time I went through about 2 years ago I swore I would never go back. Then my wife convinced me to give them one more chance tonight since I had a craving for a beef and cheddar. Bad move. Not only did I not get the “double” I ordered (it was a single unless the portions have been cut in half and are nowhere close to the pictures on their menu) or any extra cheese sauce (which I was charged for) or any horsey sauce that I asked for but they also didn’t include the jalapeño poppers I ordered. of course none of this was discovered until I got home. Shame on me for not sitting in the drive-through and checking to make sure all of my items were there and correct before driving off. For a $36 meal that you screwed me on almost every aspect, you will never get my business again. EVER!
I rarely take the time to leave a poor review, but I had such a bad experience that I feel compelled to share it. I ordered through the Arby's app at 12:15 PM, with the promise that my food would be ready by 12:26 PM. The lobby was packed with other waiting customers when I arrived at the restaurant. I patiently waited until 12:40 PM before asking for a status update, as I noticed several people ahead of me were still waiting. The only response I received was that my order wasn’t ready yet. I finally got my food at 12:50 PM, a full 24 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The condition of the restaurant added to my frustration. The floor in the lobby was so dirty that my shoes stuck to it, and there was no ice available in either the lobby or the drive-thru, leaving me with a warm soda. The only reason I’m giving this experience two stars is because the food was decent. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant makes me worry about the kitchen's state. If the front of the house is in such poor condition, I can only imagine what the back of the house looks like.
They use Illuminati imagery here but their sandwiches are still pretty good.
My girlfriend introduced me to "Jamoca" shakes at an Arby's out in Everett. It was so good that I wanted to stop by my nearest Arby's to get one, I figured I'd go inside and have some lunch while I was at it. The First thing I noticed was how filthy each and every single counter top in the whole restaurant was, not to mention the floor. This was around 1:00 in the afternoon, which lead me to believe that they didn't take 5 minutes at the end of the night to wipe down any tables. The sandwich and fries were exactly what I'd expect from Arbys, but the shake tasted like a dirty sponge. No trace of coffee taste, No trace of chocolate. Pure mildew. It was horrifying. I don't think the pictures I took really capture how gross it was in there. If you have to come here, go through the drive-thru to save yourself from being grossed out.
Honestly, it doesn’t matter where I go, Arbys is consistently a clean restaurant that serves fresh food. I’ve NEVER received bad food from an Arbys in the 30 years I’ve been eating it.
Update: the last 2 times I’ve visited this location the drive through lady had the dirtiest finger nails and sweating profusely. Probably need to make sure that the temperature in the building is appropriate and comfortable for the staff. Also pretty sure the cheese on my French dip is supposed to be melted. It usually is, and I’ve been eating these from arbys for the past 10 years.
Went through drive thru! It was a great experience and the food was amazing as usual!! My favorite place to get food!
This is a pretty nice Arby's. The food is good and the restaurant is kept up. Freeway access is simple and there is plenty of parking. Staff is hit and miss, but most fast-food restaurants are.
Love the food Here , very good as always ( just went again and got a Meat Mountain, best sandwich ever.
