The worker in the drive-thru was kind of rude and acted like we were a bother by being there. We asked for Arby's sauce and she huffed and closed the window without saying anything. Though we did get the Arby's sauce, she could've acknowledged us.

Food was hot and fresh. Very good. Cashier was a little huffy and grumpy taking our order but it got a little better once we got up to the window. I think the people on the shift swapped. Not busy, but so glad they made all our food fresh.
The manager took our order; she was rude and appeared almost hostile. We were the only customers there. I had to remind her to give me my drink and she acted as though it was an imposition. I ordered a club wrap. It was not good. We never want to go to that Arby’s again.
Average arbys roast beef sandwich. Not sure if the bun got bigger or the portion of the meat got smaller. Meat did not even hang over the edge of the bun at any point.
Ordered on arbys app. When I arrived they informed me that their shake machine was down and that they could not refund my money and I would have to call their 800#. I called the number and the guy stalled for 15 minutes gathering basic info before hanging up on me without saying a word. They lost a loyal customer tonight over $10.
our lady who took our order made our day. she was the sweetest thing ever. her name is jess i think, she had braided pig tails.
We went to Arby's on September 24th. They were completely out of roast beef. Roast beef is what Arby's is known for. Very disappointed ????
