Best WLM Reviews
I think the lady's name is Faith. She did a tremendous job helping me after 2 of the items on the menu became unavailable. Faith and her team on 11/26/24 showed the best customer service skills I've seen. Everyone was polite, fast, and wanted to make sure my meal was up to standards. I wish I had recorded the conversation. I would share it with my team on how customer service should be done.
Pulled in and most employees seemed to be outside. They were very attentive as soon as we pulled in, but were out of burgers and chicken patties. We came up with dinner that was available and it was cooked hot, fresh, and fairly fast. Still was a good stop, even if a bit abnormal
Was Arby's always this good? Haven't been there for years but it was delicious, glad we stopped by when we needed a quick meal. The sandwich that comes with brisket has some fantastic smoked flavor.
Typical Arby's....food was decent. Bathrooms needed attention...but if you are traveling along 90...then it's a nice stop. The staff was friendly and it's convenient from the Interstate.
Horribly unclean! From the moment we walked in and our shoes were sticking to the floor, we should have turned around. To cap it off, there had been no attention to the bathrooms, maybe for days. I sure hope they know how to clean the kitchen, but they don't care about the rest of the building.
Sarah is awesome. She hooked me up with extra sauce for gyro that was amazing and the burger was fantastic Thank you so much ❤️☺️
They really appreciate teachers, leaving such a kind note in my bag! Their complementary turkey, bacon and cheese sandwiches were the best I ever ate. They brightened an otherwise rough day at the start of a long journey last week, which those sandwiches sustained me through! Thank you SO much!!
The kid working the front counter was great! Most courteous and efficient! Thank you for a nice experience!
